We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I told them I needed sheets for that night, they gave me some option but they didn't tell me until the end of the transaction that it would take 3-5days for the sheets to arrive. I already finished paying when they added there was a no cancelation, returns or exchanges policy. I felt like I was being pushed into buying the sheets, which ended up costing more then $150! And that was only for fitted/top sheets! I walked out the store so confused on what happened...I thought I was going to be walking out with sheets but walked out empty hand with $150+ gone. I ended up having to go to target because like I said I needed the sheets for that night and buying some less expensive sheets that fit and felt just as well on the mattresses. I thought I would give some time before I wrote a bad review to see how I liked the sheets. I mean they are good sheets for sure but I just hate that they knew I needed them right away and purposely didn't tell me that the sheet needed to be shipped and would take 3-5days.
