They quoted me a price , came out and the price doubled. When I questioned the price hike, the tech mentioned that the alarm was on and that it was going to cost more. I told him, no. He told me I had to pay him 65$ for his service fee. I refused. I called the supervisor who proceeded to tell me that I was being difficult and that I was misinformed, then I misunderstood, then I was probably thinking about another company's quote... He also told me all companies charge a service fee and I owed them $35. The tech said $65. You can see where I'm going with this. In a completely frustrating situation, these people made it 100x worse. I was actually completely caught off guard by their business practice and I wished I had been more careful.
