(since my husband is disabled and also worked )he didn't always have the time or feel up to dealing with this. That's why I was making sure things were done like we wanted them. He had to come out more then once to redo repairs he/helper didn't get right the first time. (Then it became hard to get ahold of him after a this). He said he knew how to put a whole door with frame in but then told me the fit wasn't right after tearing the existing door out. So the door has gaps (outside and inside) and he left the screen door where it doesn't close properly. The door in general doesn't close properly. The whole idea was to get a brand new door to prevent drafts and weather issues fixed with newly installed door. I tried to get him to come back out to fix it. .Instead of fixing it, he called my husband and told him we weren't a good match? "Whatever that means!" Then he left a 'link' for my husband to tell my husband how to fix it himself? ( This is after we paid him in full) My husband is disabled and cannot get up on a stool or ladder. Nor can I. He even tried to charge us for a paint job on back garage door, we didn't asks for, that was on estimate for weeks, he was hard to get ahold of and started making excuses and actually told me to call another handyman service? Instead of coming out to fix his mistakes!! When he was finished he didn't wait for my husband who had just pulled up in front of our house to show him what he said he repaired to get payment he hurried and had me pay quickly which I regret but I have never had a handyman do work before I will know better next time' Lesson learned', never sign until all parties have seen and you have checked everything which we thought we had because many repairs were listed as 'miscellaneous' lumped together things, he said he repaired on estimate with no real detailed explanation? He just said he did allot? Allot of what? We never saw exactly what these charges were for we took his word for it and NEVER got a' actual invoice' listing exactly what 'every' charges were for. Always hire someone you know you can trust, that communicates well and understands exactly the circumstances are and what exactly you want repaired and take your time to check everything completely and ask questions before any money is handed over. Don't get ripped off. And never let anyone take advantage of you no matter what. Always check out their license, and if you have to turn them into agency's in state that help with Deceptive practices.

He sent me photos along the way of the project, and the floors were in pretty rough shape. Hard-core staining, someone had written on some of them, there were places we weren't sure what was on the floor, but Morgan got it up and you can't tell anything was ever wrong. By the time I was on my way back home, I had a whole new set of photos of the finished product and I was in awe. They were absolutely pristine and I couldn't wait to see them in person.
