I asked why they couldn't use a lug wrench like people have done since cars were invented. I was told they couldn't do that. They should be removed from AAA and you should be merciful to yourself and never use the company!

When asked, the driver told my husband, he would take the car to Wyatt Johnson, not once, but 3 time. Next day, the vehicle WAS NOT at Wyatt Johnson. I called Dickson's and asked where it was; I was told "they did not have it." I said, "well the locator says, it's sitting on you lot". The only way we found this vehicle was the locator on the vehicle. When talking to the owner Brenden, I asked what was going on. He said, they didn't take the vehicle to where we requested, I said, "his drive assured us that is were he was taking it". Drive said," I've been doing this a long time, I know what I'm doing." Over the next couple of days, I was trying to get the vehicle moved to a collision center for evaluation of damages.. We had to have another wrecker service $$$ pick the vehicle up and take it to a collision center. Dickson's had to be paid in full before they would release the vehicle. Brenden, told me, because of the mix up, "I WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU $20.00 PER DAY FOR STORAGE. When, I got the invoice, he CHARGED ME $75.00 PER DAY for the 6 days WHAT THE HECK!!! He also, charge me $375.00 for clean up, WELL, they DID NOT clean up not one thing, my husband went the next day and cleaned it up. I have called and asked to talk to Brenden, the owner 5 times. Quinn who answers the phone, just says, we don't have that vehicle anymore. I said, "I know that, but I want to talk with Brenden". Quinn is the MOST RUDE, EXRTREMELY BILLIGERENT PERSON I have ever talked to. When, he ask me a question, he doesn't give me a chase to answer and he shouts over me not waiting for me to answer then hangs up on me. Not once, not twice not three time but four time. They charged $275.00 for out of city limits, well it was only about a 1/2- 3/4 of mile out, they charged $75.00 per day for 6 days $450.00, $50.00 gate fee what is that for ..... PRICE GOUGED FOR A TOAL OF $1,425.00 AND I STILL CAN NOT TALK TO THE OWNER. It's been 24 days and I have call 5 times. NO CALL BACK YET. I would not recommend this company ever, they are the worst UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I have ever dealt with , RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!! If I could give a negative I would.

It is low & was unseen by a truck already parked there. It was late Friday night, so Regions was not open & the cars parked there were not causing any harm. It was parents with kids. Probably 12 cars that night got towed. They towed my car while watching my grandkids skate. I was coming from a Cancer appointment in Nashville. I was still 1.5 hours from home and not feeling well. I had to pay $250 to get my car. He was really hateful. They are predatory towing. Money making for sure. What crooks!!!!!
