There must've been a hundred cars or more attempting to move in & out on Monday, April 6, 2026. The biggest problem are customers making left turns, all of which should be eliminated. At the traffic light intersection on Enchanted Park Hwy. cars making left turns towards the gas pumps cause a horrendous back-up as there's less than 100' or so from the traffic light. There should be cones/barriers & signage prohibiting left turns. Additionally, vehicles exiting the gas pumps should be prohibited from making left turns there as it creates a hazardous condition. As cars exit the main parking lot, while heading north, drivers attempt to make left hand turns to enter the traffic lane of vehicles already in line, causing additional headaches and frustration. Barriers/cones/curbing & signage should be installed to prevent left turns there. Many customers have already figured out it's safer & creates less congestion to take the lane of traffic off Enchanted Lake Hwy. (adjacent to Olive Garden Restaurant) which offers right hand turns into the lane proceeding to the gas pumps. Left hand turns are the bane of traffic flow. I'm not an engineer, but having retired from Law Enforcement after 30-years. My knowledge & experiences with traffic control would help the shopping experience at COSTCO Federal Way.

Visited Firestone after my brother's brand new tire developed a metal chip. Over the phone, staff…read morestarted the hole was too large to repair and a new tire was required. We agreed to proceed based on that assessment. A pickup the vehicle already had a new tire installed, but the original tire was not initially available for inspection. Upon requests, staff brought out our old tire. However, the metal chip had not been removed and raising concern about how the determination of an unrepairable hole was made. Staff then removed the chip in front of us, after new tire had already been installed. The next day, we visited Les Schwab, where technician confirmed the original tire was repaired with a patch and removed a new tire installed by a Firestone. Contact firestone manager to request and a refund of over $300 and return of the tire. Manager agreed. Upon returning to Firestone, manager started he believed the tire from Les Schwab was new, not repaired and reported he could not locate the patched area, implying our account was inaccurate Returned to Les Schwab for documentation confirming the tire was patched, not replaced. Returned again to firestone with the documentation, however, another staff member located the patched repair site, and the refund was issued. While appreciative of receiving the refund and returning the tire, the overall experience was frustrating, marked by a lack of trust poor communication, and repeated statements from the manager suggesting disbelief of our account. Final resolution was satisfactory, but the process significantly impacted the confidence in service and customer care!

He later called me to hurry in to come pick up my vehicle before closing, but when I arrived, my invoice was not ready, so he made me wait as he fumbled around trying to find my invoice. Finally, my total balance at pick up was over close to $100 from what I was quoted at the time of service with no new additional approved work. Never again! Stay away, and find a better place to spend your hard earned $$$, and be treated better.

Never found a human on the phone and since I was nearby I decided to drive in and see if I could do a walk-in appt. I arrived at 3:45pm! The guy at the desk was part of the other shop to the left, and told me the lady for my shop would be back in 30 minutes and she would help me then. Not sure how they can run services when phones are down / front desk person is gone for 1.5 hours or more. I left after 15 min more of waiting in person, and am taking my business elsewhere.

We came in letting them know our engine light was on... my non-educated self said, "can I change my oil? My engine light is on" and he said it won't fix it. They changed my oil anyways and said they'll try it just in case it'll fix it. It didn't... and they told me to go to a dealership to get it fixed---I wish I knew that and didn't waste my time and money here knowing I could've just done all that with my engine issue at the dealership. --the guy was friendly though and probably a sales tactic but I wish they were a lot more clear with that. It was $104 for an oil change, people said that is pricey for that.

Original review Avoid this place like the plague. I brought my car in a few months ago and got an oil change. A while later I noticed my car leaking oil so I took it back and they had forgotten to put a washer on the drain plug. So, ok mistakes can happen. Not too big of a big deal. Few months later we take mine and my boyfriend's car in for oil changes on a Saturday. The service was quick and easy. Everything seemed fine. We took both cars home and my boyfriend's car sat until Monday. While he's driving down the freeway he notices a ticking sound coming from the engine, the ticking soon becomes a loud knocking sound by this time he has already pulled off the road and shut it off. The car is at the dealership repair shop and we are waiting to find out what exactly happened. This car isn't a piece of crap. It was bought brand new from Kia dealer. It's a 2021 Kia Soul. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle before bringing it there. They had even checked off that the car was in good working order before working on it. I am kicking myself for giving this shop a second chance.
