We called to ask about the tire prices, and everything sounded good. Then we called back to ask for the address, and after that he simply blocked me. Later, we drove there anyway (Google Maps showed they were open until 7 PM, and we arrived at 6:20 PM), but they told us they were already closed. After that, we noticed another tire shop across the street, went there instead, and they took care of everything perfectly for the same price. The service there was much better. read more

We had an odd flat, after brushing a curb. We had some trouble getting to repair shop, and after learning tire wasn't repairable they were able to sell us a matching tire. They were very understanding of our trouble, kind and very quick. After tow truck dropped us off, they had us back on the road in about 15-20 minutes. Their prices were very reasonable as well. Driving up to seattle today we had the low tire warning light come on. The only place open was JC's. When we pulled up we were skeptical going to an unknown auto shop but we were so pleasantly surprised. They got us right in, pulled the tire off right in front of and showed us the nail, fixed it and we were on the road in minutes for a very reasonable $15. Not to mention all of this on a holiday weekend and the kid that helped us was so pleasant. We would highly recommend this shop. read more

We were heading out on a trip on a Sunday morning and found one of our trailer tires flat. After putting on the spare, I made a few calls and found JC Central Tire Shop open and ready to take on the work. I arrived 15 minutes later and rolled the tire in. 15 minutes after that, the leak was repaired and I was on my way. Sure, I could have gone somewhere that would have done it for free, but not on Sunday, and it would have taken an hour. I can't imagine better service. read more

They are amazing!! Friendly, quick & committed. I had a little nail that I found in my tire around 3pm on a Sunday. I called probably 15 shops on the Eastside & everyone said "drop it off I'll try to get to it by Monday night" HELLO sir, It's Sunday & I have work Monday. Anywho... by the time I found this place it was like 4:30pm (they were closing in 30 minutes). I told them I'm about 25 min away but I may be a little after 5, can they help? Without hesitation, they said no problem, come on in. I did arrive a little after 5, they were so kind and removed my nail and did a patch real quick, Also only charged me like $15. So they stayed late, did it with a smile, reduced my stress & got me back on the road all for $15. Thank you JC tire shops!! You guys are the best!! read more

Needed 2 tires mounted on two wheels. They were open on a Sunday. I called in advance and the person on the phone quoted me and confirmed they could do it today. I pull up, they unloaded the tires from my truck. Mount & balance job was done quickly, and they loaded them back when done. Polite, efficient and completed as stated. I came here after being turned away from a completely empty Firestone store. I suspect they turned me away because they would rather sell me 4 new tires and the service guy was more interested in eating his lunch. Note, there is no upsell with installing 2 tires on loose wheels that are not even on the car. read more

Went there for a tire as my tire was flat. Asked for a new tire but was given a used tire. Came home with it, ten minutes later, and realized the tire was already out of air. Put air in the tire after I installed it, and the used tire was flat in two days. Very unprofessional even asked if I can return it if something was wrong. I'm not going back ever again and I won't recommend that shop to anyone else. Very disappointed about the service and quality of the product. read more

I've been here a few times, between my car and my boyfriends car. Very quick service, and decently cheap tires. I recently purchased a different car which needed new tires. I called about 15 times, with no answer. I brought my car in, and they said they did not have tires that would work for my car. They also told me it would be difficult to find them. I drove less than a mile down the street to another shop, who happened to have them. They also stated if they didn't have the exact tire I needed the next time, they would have something that worked...soooooo? read more

Very good group of guys. They were fast and good work. Needs a tire repair and it took less than 10 minutes.

I called to inquire for the price of labor for mounting and balance per tire. They ask me what type of vehicle and what size of tires. After I gave the information they ask, they gave me the prize of labor for each tire and how much the total for the 4 tires plus tax out the door. When I got there, they said "it's five dollars extra per each tire, times four because your tires on the vehicle is a run-flat tire". Their reason is "it's hard to remove and disposal fee for the run-flat tire. Anyhow, I'm already there with the 4 new tires I brought, so I agreed to pay for the extra fee. The first wheel service after mounting and balancing before locking it to the vehicle, the worker showed and told me that he had to tighten the tire sensor because there is some partial leak on the sensor. I said to him "great and thanks" and I also said "please do not scratch and scrape my wheels. Why is there now scratches on my brand new wheels". The worker response was "like I said before it's hard to remove the run-flat tire and it's hard to put the run-flat". I was furious, but I remain quiet, After I paid, I noticed that three of my four new wheels have uniformly line scratches and scrapes. I drove home. I came back the next day to the JC shop because my tire sensor light went on. It will not reset, even when i recheck the tires pressure. The worker in JC shop check all tire pressure and they're all holding. They told me to bring it to the dealership. They said "it's your sensor and it might be the battery on the sensor". I got an estimate in the dealership for the sensor, and I told the dealership that my steering wheel and the car shake when I drive it in the freeway at the speed above 55mph. The dealer mentioned it's the tires balance. So, I brought it back to JC Central tire shop. When told the worker at JC of the problem shaking at a speed of 55mph and higher, they told me that it's another $20 each tire X4 to check the balance. I said "you guys just balance my tires and it's shaking in the freeway". Their response is that I did not buy the tires from them and that they have a new balancing machine. So, to rebalance it will be an extra charge of $80 +tax. I am very angry and disappointed that I came to this tire shop. read more

Clutch! I was towed in due to flat on my work truck. I only use my truck to get to and from work. Needed a quick fix and money was a bit tight. Jc's tire shop saved the day. Called, told them my tire size(they had it), changed it immediately on arrival, and was greatly low priced. It even looked brand new like the rest of my tires! Were from out of town when we got a nail in our tire while driving though Kent- originally we went to les Schwab and waited about 2.5 hours for them to tell us they can't help us with the nail in our tire because we have wheel spacers, frustrated and ready to cancel the rest of the trip we saw JC Central Tire shop! I went here on Wednesday and they wanted 450 for tires for my Honda Accord so I drove away and started looking online and Walmart was at 180 plus installation which came out to 300 including a oil change. Don't fall for the used tire shops Gimmicks!!! read more
