They had a wide variety of used appliances with a 30-day warranty. We chose one and they delivered. We had to take the door off of the hinges to get it in the backdoor. They were patient and helped to get it in. After two weeks, there was an odor in the refrigerator that was permeating the food. We did some research and found out that, if a refrigerator is allowed to set with spoiled food in it, the odor is absorbed in the interior walls and cannot be removed unless it is cleaned with bleach when the odor resurfaces. We did not care to have to do this. We contacted them and they honored the 30-day warranty. They took the refrigerator and refunded our money. We decided to splurge and purchase a new one to avoid any further issues with a used refrigerator. We appreciated their working with us.

As a result, he provided me with several troubleshooting tips that I performed to help narrow down the root cause of the issue. I was able to check these things the same evening and share updates with Nathan via text. Once again, he responded promptly (after hours), and determined that repairing this refrigerant leak was going to be expensive. I credit Nathan with saving me a lot of money to repair an old refrigerator and, at the very least, money saved for a service visit which would've resulted in the same answer. In conclusion, Nathan was polite, professional, and a great communicator. He didn't charge me for his remote troubleshooting or the pro-tips. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! We needed a little flap of leather added to my son's baseball glove, and after researching online baseball forums, everyone said that any reputable shoe/leather repair place would be able to do it. My husband sent off a message to Contino's along with photos of what we needed, but we never received a response. We took a chance and drove to the shop with the glove and photographs. We were greeted by a pleasant woman and we explained what we wanted. Without even standing up or looking at the glove, the man beside her said, "Oh yeah....I don't deal with those." I looked surprised and he continued with, "I'd have to deconstruct the entire glove and it's too much work." And that was it. I understand that he didn't want to take on the job, but I found his response to be very short and cold, considering that our family made a special trip there because of the lack of response to our initial inquiry.
