As a result, he provided me with several troubleshooting tips that I performed to help narrow down the root cause of the issue. I was able to check these things the same evening and share updates with Nathan via text. Once again, he responded promptly (after hours), and determined that repairing this refrigerant leak was going to be expensive. I credit Nathan with saving me a lot of money to repair an old refrigerator and, at the very least, money saved for a service visit which would've resulted in the same answer. In conclusion, Nathan was polite, professional, and a great communicator. He didn't charge me for his remote troubleshooting or the pro-tips.
