Ai is not making things better. I just tried to buy something from Lowes.com where I have an…read moreaccount. It has become so "security" conscious that it requires a code to be sent to my email. Fine. problem being that once I got the code the website sent me to a new page basically requiring my information again. By the time I had reentered the information the code had expired. I had to get a new code. 3 times of this and I was locked out of my account. I bought the item at Home Depot instead and did it without signing in to my account. They also wanted to send a code to my email.... This one I got through quickly enough to place the order.... This is not customer service. Ai is not making things better.

I want to tell Lowes that, I have lived in Marion, IN for just over a year. For convenience sake, I typically go to Lowe's for pretty much all of my raw lumber needs. The indoor lumber. I'm mainly into the 1x4's, 1x10's or 1x12's all 6ft, because the size of my truck bed. I have never had much of an issue with Service. However, I have spent thousands of dollars in your store for just wood alone. But the quality is absolutely horrible. If a board is not warped, then it has too many knots in it. Then on top of that I have learned quickly to look at every edge of the boards for embedded or partially embedded STAPLES. Is there no QI of the product during delivery or stocking. I know someone has put the product there. I spend way too much time going through all the pieces, to find one that suits my needs. I just don't get it. I go enter the store with a plan, and it never works out. I've pointed out pieces to employees. No one cares. They don't offer to help me. Your indoor wood product is abysmal. It definitely is not worth what I pay for it.

We were hoping to enjoy a fun evening of indoor go karting at a place we'd never been. When we arrived we took some time to look over the price menu, decide what package we wanted and bought Groupons. While Robert was in the bathroom and Michael was sitting at a table near by, Sarah and I approached the counter to sign up and fill out whatever waivers were necessary. I showed my phone to the lady behind the counter, Stephanie, and explained we had bought Groupons and wanted to sign up and pay with them. She immediately FREAKED out. No, I'm not exaggerating... the video is proof in itself. She claimed we owed her money and we had already rode the go karts. She also said WE need to pay for a guy who was on the track at the time who hadn't paid. We repeatedly tried explaining that we were not with the other people, it was just us 4 and that we had not rode any go karts yet. She would not listen. I tried to speak to other workers. They refused to listen. She threw everything that was on the counter at us, called us horrible names repeatedly and even tried to rip Michael's wallet out of his hand! All of this was captured on their surveillance cameras by the way Time passed and the cops never showed up. I ended up calling. We spoke with the officer, told him what was going on and he then spoke with Stephanie and watched the video footage. Meantime the owner also showed up. Turns out Stephanie never called the cops and according to the officer she couldn't keep her story straight (as you can hear in the videos). Although the owner was hesitant, he did apologize. He was very confused by everything going on. I don't blame him. We are all still confused! He offered us a chance to stay and have a good time. We decided not to stay and left peacefully. I am not posting this to bash this business. I am posting this because Stephanie was harassing my friends and I and, honestly, she should feel ashamed!!"
