I live in Kennesaw and have been looking for a "good" place to take my care to get washed and detailed once in a while. I read lots of reviews of many places and came across A&J Car Wash. I was blown away by the reviews that I took my car there THAT DAY. I met the owner, Stefano, who is beyond nice and personable and KNOW HIS STUFF when it comes to making your car look amazing and practically brand new! Amazing customer service, Stefano and his staff make sure you are well taken care of, that your car doesn't leave unless it looks like perfection. Stefano told me, "you have to have passion in what you do. Im passionate about making sure every car that leaves my lot is nothing short of how I would like my car done - which is perfect!" I originally went to get just a normal hand wash, clean in and out with a wax. After talking with Stefano, he pointed out some things on the car (99 Camry) that definitely needed some TLC. So, I brought my car in the next day for a full detail ($85) and it literally looked brand new when I picked up that same afternoon!! I needed to service my Lexus LX470 today - oil change and car wash and possibly car detailing. After the oil change I came across A&J Car Wash via Yelp - let me tell you - I was in luck! My SUV needed some loving and Stefano and his team provided just that. At such point that I am in love again with my Lexus! I had several spots and paint fading because of the direct sun light for which I had an estimate of $2,400.00 for a paint job - Stefano took about 5 hours to work his magic on my SUV and the result speaks for itself (see Lexus LX470 photo) - no more need for paint job - A&J Car Wash happened and saved me $2,400.00. Found this carwash here on Yelp just searching for a new regular spot. I normally frequent a few other washes here in the Kennesaw/Acworth area but decided to call even though the hours listed said closed on Saturdays? (They are open.) I spoke with Stefano, the new owner, who went through all my wash options and what was included in each - very knowledgable and even offered to give me a ride to the gym close by while they worked on the wash. I can say for sure I will be back and will be a regular customer. These guys do a fantastic job, use safe and clean products on your vehicle, and most importantly the car came out looking great. Took a chance on AJ Car Wash to give my 2004 Toyota Avalon a much-needed detailing. I got the works, along with a headlight restoration (one had been replaced already, and the other original one was cloudy from age). Stefano and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job! The car is as clean as when we picked it up in 2004 from the dealer (probably even better!). This was a little far for me to travel, but it was well worth the trip. I have never used Yelp before I actually opened this page just to leave this review. I searched Yelp and up popped the Ride & Shine page, I had seen that it was a five star company with 10 reviews and was pleased. I own a Lamborghini hurcan convertible And I'm hesitant about just leaving it somewhere to be detailed. Let me tell you Stefano or the Owner booked my appointment showed up on time and five stars is an enough, I wish there was more. She hasn't looked as pretty since the day I bought it. My car used to be a mechanics work car, it had deep oil stains everywhere from all the parts that have been transported in the vehicle. The floor were nasty, the seats were too. I found Stefano here on yelp and read all the great reviews and contacted him immediately. He was able to work around my schedule and set an appointment the next couple days. Him and his crew work diligently on the car and even went out their way to do a little extra on the car. This place was amazing! I called around 5:30 in need of a detailing due to a child I nanny puking all over my car. They then stayed after hours, 6:00-8:00pm, working on my car. They called me when they were done and I was completly shocked by how good my car looked. They even cleaned the headline of my car, which I asked many people to do before and they told me no. They got every stain out and my car honeslty was in better condition than when I got it. They also had a discount for KSU students which helped out alot! read more

I came to A&J because I saw the excellent reviews. Stephano was excellent! My car was filthy and had a few scratches & dings. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who cares about what he does for a living and has such a great work ethic. This guy is also a perfectionist and even as I was getting in my car to leave found a mark he wanted buffed out...I didn't even see the tiny mark...but he did and wanted it cleaned up. Such a professional job! I am so pleased! Stefano and his crew took a 3 year old Jeep Sahara I purchased that had scratches, lack of luster, and most importantly a strong stale cigarette odor and transformed it into a new car! For once, a true detail (instead of just an average car wash that is called a detail). Passion for his work and customer service #1. We have a 4-yr old RAM pickup and now it looks brand new, inside and out. It's a long way to travel, but we are planning to come back for the hand washes. It's definitely worth the drive. This hand car wash and detail shop is FANTABULOUS! When I go they take their time and pay attention to details. For example, this is the first time I've seen my trunk lifted and the car cleaned underneath. The staff are great and personable individuals and the owner, Mr. Giovanni is a one of the nicest and down to earth people to meet! All in all, when my car is completed it looks brand new! read more

Steph and his son did an amazing job on our 2009 Ford Escape. It was my mother in law's car and I don't think she ever cleaned the interior or had it waxed. Steph went above and beyond by removing bad scuff marks on the bumper where she hit a barrier. If you want your older car to look new again, I would definitely contact Ride & Shine! read more
