Very disappointing experience because I was recommended here by someone. Do not recommend especially if you have a new car :(. I came for the 1st time today! Satisfied. I drove past it because it's small. I called ahead and there wasn't a wait. No menu of services. I was told a $25 or $40 wash. I picked $40 and car was cleaned in 15-20 min. Their crew was efficient. They accepted credit card. The waiting area is air conditioned. I was happy and would return. I would suggest having a menu of services posted somewhere and prices. They missed my windshield but not crying about that. Friendly front desk. read more

My car hadn't been washed in months. Therefore, it was filthy. I've passed this car wash many times. I decided to stop by and see what they could do. They did a great job. My car had all kinds of crap around the trim of my trunk and my gas tank. They cleaned all of it up. The owner (I believe he's the owner), is a nice guy. He made sure everything was cleaned up properly. Great customer service. They stay pretty busy but I waited patiently. It didn't take too long. read more

Shine: 1) Each time they have thoroughly cleaned my car without me having to have them go back over certain areas. 2) They have indoor seating, TV, and bottled water while you wait Flaw: 1) They seem to have a steady flow of cars, so when it gets dark early you have to get there at least an hour before they close to make sure they will have time to get to your car. 2) Dear employees, if you change a customer's radio station, at least change it back when you're done. This place isnt good for the price. I went since i had something spill in my car and left an oder and it still smells after i got my car cleaned. There was also a good bit of water left in one of my seats and now i have a water stain. And what ever they put on my dash to clean left this white crusty residue on there that i cant get off now. I really regret bringing my car here and paying as much as i did for such a poor service. I will definitely be finding a new place to go now. read more

Said I would be right back in my other car so at 4:47 they refuse to wash my car ,just a basic wash not a big detail or anything. They were washing another car and told me they already drained everything as I am standing there watching them wash a car with the hose. I'm like no you haven't. Unbelievable . Why tell me to come back before 5 and that they would wash it if they were going to close early ? I have taken my cars there for a couple of years but never again too many other places to go to be treated so rudely! My time and gas are worth telling the truth. This car wash was was recommended to me by my boss after I bought my most recent vehicle.. and I'm SO happy he did. Hands down my favorite place to take my car to be cleaned- the only place I will take it now! These guys do an amazing job every single time I come in- I usually take my car to be washed during my lunch break (which is an hour)- they're always quick without sacrificing the quality of their work. I've never left feeling like I didn't get what I paid for. They're consistently good and that is really hard to find these days- they always work fast without missing any spots.. and the price is more than fair- $25 for a hand wash inside and out on an suv? (I have a Jaguar e-pace). Can't beat that! Definitely will continue coming here and will keep recommending them friends and family! read more

First visit to this place based on reviews. My small luxury SUV was just a little dusty outside and very clean inside. When I arrived, I said it's not dirty but please leave it even cleaner. I made a mistake to pay before it was ready. I inspected the car and there was water dripped from all over. I asked them to dry it, which they did. Inside, there was water on my leather, front passenger, seat. I asked the same guy to dry it, but the mark was not coming out. The guy said, "Aren't you the same person with the red Honda?" "Have I known, I would've not cleaned your car." I replied that I do not owe a red Honda, so I asked for the manager. The "manager" tried to blame me for the water in my front seat. I had no water with me. I said that it was one of the cleaning bottles they used. He replied with a nasty word, which was uncalled for, and said not to return for service. Of course I'm not returning. If they don't have respect for a war veteran, they have no respect for anyone. I do not need to use their service. I would rate them as being very nasty. And for the woman with the red Honda, I would take my business elsewhere. Maybe visit Vicente Car Wash on Chastain Rd. Best (worse) Auto Detailing apparently changed the business name just to charge more and provide less service. read more

Best Hand Car Wash was the best joke in this entire situation. I took my car to this location after calling in advance. When I arrived the individuals seemed friendly but it immediately turned in the opposite direction. When I called they explained to me they stop taking cars after 5:45 (fifteen minutes before they closed). So I actually got there at 5:20 so it would not interrupt their normal operating times. The gentleman initially stated they were done for the day. I advised him of the conversation I had with the manager earlier then he decided to take my vehicle in. The cashier pushed the point of me paying before my car was complete. I advised her that I will pay once my car was done and I had a chance to look over the services rendered. Needless to say that once I walked my car, IT WAS THE WORSE JOB I EVER SEEN!!! I immediately showed the worker and they began to tell me the exterior/interior wash did not include them removing the dirt from either the exterior or interior of my vehicle. I explained to them that is the most asinine comment I ever heard. It's a car wash. If you are not washing off the dirt then what are you washing. He said well we did a decent job that should be good enough. (Really!!) I proceeded to show him the dirt and even whipped the dirt off my car with my finger. Mind you this is a hand car wash location with rags and sponges and they could not do what I did in 3 seconds with my finger. I pointed all this out to the cashier/head person there and she began to tell me that "I'm not for it". I'm assuming she was saying she is not for delivering a service or standard that they can stand behind. All that being said, I highly recommend you go somewhere than let this group of individuals touch your car. This was the worst experience I have had with a car wash and the worse customer service I have ever had at any business period. read more

Watch this place. They scratched my 1 year old car and a Cadillac by putting car mats on the paint. Owner wouldn't make my car right. If buffing doesn't work, the car will have to be painted and my insurance company will be suing him. Owner admitted they've now stopped putting mats on paint after cleaning them. Poor business ethics and said he wasn't concerned about my reviews because there's plenty of cars that do business with him. Don't go here!
