I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great selection of Sanrio merchandise inside. They also carry plenty of Peanuts, Disney, and other beloved character items, all displayed in a very organized and inviting way. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Roxanne, Karen, and Elena for their helpfulness and patience. Throughout the process, there was usually a day between e-mail messages going back and forth. When the finished pins arrived, I showed the pin to the club president, and he was _very_ happy with it.
