Then, they came to me with four lug nuts and said it was their requirement to put a security lugs on that cost $40 and charged me $400 and refused to take off the security lugs and put mine back on. This dealership is a scam and I intend on protesting outside their dealership. They hide or exclude these documents from piles of paperwork and then tell you that you ordered it. They are liars. They cannot mandatorily charge these fees. It is a crime to say and do so.

We will be filing a small claim asking for court costs, cost of exterminator and damages. Buyer beware.
