Came here on a Saturday morning to purchase a brand new car with salesman Malik leaks. I spoke with…read morehim four times times over the phone over the course of a week before settling on my choice of vehicle. He didn't try to run any games nor waste my time. He was raw real and kept it simple. Upon arriving the car was already out front. Through the look through, test drive, paperwork, the process was seamless. He did a great job to ensure my needs were met. Even threw in a free car wash and filled up the gas tank for free. I am deeply satisfied with my purchase. If you check in on Yelp, they gift you a gift card. Mine was a $25 gas gift card which to me is nice on top of a full tank. It's small but it's worth something.

If I could give zero stars for their service department I would. I came in for a scheduled recall…read moreservice on my seatbelt. A week later I received a call that my part was ready. I have a 2027 Telluride so I assumed it was a mistake because what part?! I was then informed that my recall was never fixed. Still confused be cause NO ONE communicated that to me at any point prior to that call. When I picked up the vehicle NO ONE informed me that the part was not there. How is a part not there for a safety recall that had been scheduled 3 weeks in advance?! Complete inconvenience as I had taken off work that Friday to get the recall fixed. Zero communication and completely unprofessional. No apology for the inconvenience or acknowledgment for them wasting my time yet again. I also scheduled my appt with someone named Chloe Smith who informed me that I could request a loaner vehicle while they completed the recall. I get to the service area to be informed they don't offer the service and that I was lied to.

i purchased a car here on Dec 11th 2016. It was a great car and a Buick lacross 2011 with only…read more49,000 miles. and I was frantic as a liil boy. I submitted 1000.00 for my down payment and left the lot happy. However less than a month late , thinking to my self it will be time to send in the first s month payment of 345.00 which wasn't nothing but that never happen. So im sitting in the restaurant ordering food when i was told , I needed to bring the car back, Now Ive heard story of every kind but this really had taken the cake. I was told that my loan didnt go through based off the fact of my credit. hears the good part. My credit was ran 10 times and my current score went from 670 to 555 and then they mentioned i had a bankruptcy, which that was discharged a month earlier. Who wouldn't want to deal with folks like me at a dealership. Then the fiance company on which they used told me specifically that because of that my loan was denied. But y'all ran it 9 other times since. So the moral of my story is when your credit is being ran before they chose a bank tell them to only run it once..... Soon after bringing that car back it took 2 weeks to retrieve my money back on my card... so ..the moral of this whole story is....... put at least 35% of the asking payment and regardless of credit you will eventually walk off the lot with the car of your dreams

Purchasing from this dealership was exhausting, to say the least. I purchased a 2025 CPO Armada…read morefrom them with only a little over 9,000 miles on the odometer and had it delivered to the state where I reside...almost 450 miles away. For a vehicle that was sold as CPO, it had an open recall for a software update that wasn't performed. I also made multiple calls over an almost 2 week time span to get the vehicle scheduled for delivery. The communication at this place is non-existent. Too many transfers to voicemails every time I called. When it finally arrived, the exterior seemed washed, but the interior was filthy, had mud on the backs of the front seats and carpet, the rear door also had a little mud, it had a slight odor of cigarettes, the cabin air filter was full of small particles/leaves, and there were a used pair of Nike shoes in the 3rd row that belonged to someone at the dealership. When the transport driver arrived with the Armada, he wouldn't take my trade back to the dealership, citing he wasn't made aware of doing so. When I called the dealership to inform them, they explained that an additional driver was coming a few days later to pick up my trade, all while the dealership already had my trade listed for sale on their website. Imagine shopping for an advertised vehicle on their website, while the actual vehicle is still almost 450 miles away in someone's driveway?!? I'm glad the process is over. I've accepted the subpar experience and paid, out of own pocket, to have the Armada correctly detailed, all filters replaced, the open recall is scheduled to be done at a different Nissan dealership near me, and a fresh oil change was done. I trust nothing maintenance-wise this dealership performed on the vehicle, especially since they completed a CPO checklist and sold it with an OPEN recall. Have you seen the price of an Armada?!? They aren't cheap and this dealership in South Holland needs to do better. I love Nissans and have driven them for over 20 years, but my next purchase will be elsewhere. Such a bizarre experience.
