Worst experience of my life! Basically, I bought a collector Barbie doll from their auction. They…read moremailed it to me, but when I received it had a lot of damage to the box. I tried following up with company, no return emails, no one answers. Finally, able to reach owner Dave, he kept saying "it better be same doll" I said yea, I even had pictures of it with sticker with their hand writing which i said I would send. He then said to return doll, but he would not send me a return shipping label. He even said, then you can take it up with Canada Post. I couldn't believe what I heard so he quickly changed it to, send it back if same doll we will reimburse you. The. he said how much is doll worth, I said about $47, he's like that's nothing I will just refund you. Just called now manager Shelby or Shelly or something hung up on me, called he back and she said no return doll. I said this is getting ridiculous I would just write review. I have no problem sending doll back, but now I don't trust company. Worst customer service experience EVER!

Downstairs was their clearance section which only had stationary, frames, & smaller décor items, no furniture. It was lovely to browse, undisturbed, for as long as I wanted. Great place to get some inspiration if you're into unique things! Would love to go back once I make more room for these lovely things. :)
