Quite shocked and amazed. Amazing service and fantastic food. I had to fish and chips and my friend had the fish tacos. Both tasted great and were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The french fries were crispy and fresh. My Coke glass was always full. Only complaint, I ordered the chip and salsa appetizer and it was a pretty boring plate with some chips and some salsa. Tasted good, but could have been more exciting for the price. Dining room is clean and bright with a nice view. Expected to walk away with a three-star review at best, and this place easily scored five tonight. Price wasn't too bad either.

"Absolutely amazing! The best burger I've ever had in Lake Tahoe--highly recommend it. The service was truly outstanding, and I mean it! I'm especially glad we connected with the workers, who spoke Spanish, which made the experience even better."

Also love the bar here; friendly bartender, great prices for drinks and food. You'd be surprised; their food is very delicious. Wow, the breakfast prices are so cheap, and the food is good. The server is great too. I know a lot of people complain about only one person working, but the service is not slow at all. You can have a nice and peaceful breakfast.

We had a wonderful dinner! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary! We met other nice patrons. My mother was with us and she fully enjoyed the experience! Our server was very nice! My husband got the hamburger and I got the salmon. My dinner was so good! Delicious! We would definitely go back!

Conveniently located above check-in stop upstairs for a quick bite to eat upon arrival or if you don't want to travel down the hill at night. Several options and a bar located next to it to get an adult beverage or two. The food came out pretty fast and was pretty good. The service was great and not too crowded when we went there. It has a nice pleasant ambiance to it fitting in with the lodge.

We've gotten food here quite a few times during our stays at the resort. Prices aren't cheap, but they're comparable to what you'd get at a nearby restaurant, plus you have the convenience of it being onsite. Service has always been very friendly and super fast. We've had burgers, salads, sandwiches, fish and chips, and pastry items. We've never been dissatisfied with anything. There are a few tables to sit at. I'm sure we'll get food from here a lot in the future.

Nice, convenient place to eat while staying at Tahoe Ridge Resort, which is now Holiday Inn Club Vacations Tahoe Ridge. I like not having to drive all the way into South Lake Tahoe in order to get a decent bite to eat. Due to Covid, this is the only restaurant available at the clubhouse, so the line can get a little long at times but the food is surprisingly good for a hotel café! The employees are all super nice and friendly too! If you go for breakfast I recommend the rustic potato skillet which comes with your choice of eggs and either ham or bacon. Breakfast is served from 8 am to noon and lunch/dinner is served from 11:30 am to 8 pm.

Fries are perfect if you love the skinny crispy type of fries like me. (10/10 For my son chicken tenders is his go too. He said it was crispy and delicious. 10/10 My wife got the heat check, she gave it an 8.5/10 -1.5 for barely any spice but overall the burger was to her liking. My daughter got the margarita sandwich she did not know she ordered a veggie burger(lol) but she gave it a 6/10 the cheese was too thick for her liking.

The food was pretty solid overall. We ordered the Cajun shrimp salad, Tavern burger, buffalo cauliflower, and fish and chips. I'm giving 4 stars mainly because the buffalo cauliflower didn't actually taste like buffalo -- it leaned more toward a curry-style spice. It was still good, just not what we were expecting. The fish and chips came with deep-fried salmon, which unfortunately was a bit dry. On the bright side, the fries were SO good -- they tasted like they were fried in beef tallow and reminded us of McDonald's fries in the best way. Overall, a good spot with a nice atmosphere, and I'd definitely be open to trying other items on the menu next time!

It was dark and elegant. The attention to details were amazing. The service was outstanding by Camilla and her assistant. They checked on us frequently and refilled our waters. I was very thirsty.... lol. We ordered two mocktails... Berry Sexy and Emerald Bay. They were colorful and tasted refreshing. We started off with the OUTSTANDING Signature Wolf Bread with honey butter appetizer. It was soft, warm and delicious. It was so good that I ordered one to-go. My entree was their filet mignon with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. The steak was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes. However, the roasted veggies were bland and undercooked. My sister ordered the salmon with risotto. She enjoyed it. Reservations are highly recommended.

We started off with some beers, because they were far more reasonable than the craft cocktail selection on Happy hour. I got the goat cheese balls and hub got the prime rib sliders. I wish they would bring back the chip style fries...they would be so much better. Music was really good in here today...felt trendy and happening. Of course the inside is just stunningly beautiful. We really like this restaurant.

This past weekend we were in Lake Tahoe for a fundraising event and wanted to try a new restaurant,…read moreso we went to Saltgrass. All things considered, we had a good experience, and we'd likely return next time we visit the area. The positive? The food was excellent. The negative? The hostesses and the waiter. My wife had the Salmon Oscar and simply loved it. She got the broccoli as a side, and it was a plentiful helping. She also said the broccoli was fresh and nicely cooked. I had the pairing of the NY and grilled shrimp, with a baked potato as a side. The steak was cooked perfectly. The shrimp were a bit small, but the lemon butter was a nice pairing. It's hard to mess up a baked potato, but I've seen it done. This one was perfect and had just the right amount of butter. For dessert, we shared the carrot cake...boy, was this good! We were sorry we didn't order two. We would return for the carrot cake alone. It was very moist, and the frosting was just the right amount of sweet. We loved it! When we arrived, there was a gaggle of folks at the hostess stand. Not one greeted us warmly, nor were we told to enjoy our meal. We had added a "special occasion" during the booking. No one at the restaurant ever mentioned it. It was extremely disappointing! The waitress was tepid. She would warm up at times, but it was definitely not our best experience. The staff left us wanting, especially for a nice dinner and a special occasion. If we decided not to return, it would rest solely on the experience with the staff.

I give this restaurant an easy 5/5 stars review. The steak was phenomenal. The bread they serve as an appetizer was also very delicious, especially when you put the butter they had. Chefs kiss.

Warmly greeted and seated promptly…read more We began with a Blackberry Smash cocktail and the Seafood Plateau. The cocktail was sweet and the glass sticky, but full of berry flavor, nonetheless. The Seafood Plateau was incredible with King Crab Legs, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels, Lobster Tail, Ahi Tuna Poke, and Salmon Poke. It was a tad spendy, but since it's shareable for 4-5, I'd say it's worth it and would definitely order again next time. We also had the Crab Cake, two sizeable patties -- a little bit more flavorful and larger than your typical Crab Cake. The Grilled Broccolini was good, but typical. Lastly, for appetizers, the Crispy Pork Belly was also a hit -- although I did not get a taste as it is smaller and not so much shareable. The pièce de résistance was the Tomahawk Steak. Cooked perfectly medium-rare and served with Chimichurri and Au Poivre sauces on the side. The steak was very flavorful without any sauce, IMO. Served with Grilled Asparagus and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Kelsey provided excellent suggestions and service throughout. The ambiance was nice -- not dressy, but not casual. Resort attire, is what they call it, I think. We will definitely be back!

I had the Gambler Steak Burger with garlic parmesan fries. My brother got the Blackened Salmon Ceasar Salad. I was surprised when the waiter said "good choice the salmon here is delicious". They have wild caught king salmon delivered twice a week. We split our food. The salmon was as good or better than any piece of salmon I have ever had. It melted in your mouth. My burger was cooked medium to perfection. Super juicey and delicious. Among the best burgers I have ever had no joke; they grind their own meat. The hand cut fries were really good too. Service is friendly and attentive. Great beer selection and plenty of TVs to catch the game you are after. We liked it so much that we went back and ordered the same dishes the next day and they were perfect again. They passed the consistency test. Yes two days in a row; thats how good it was. I looked at the bad reviews and it must have been off days for those bad experiences.

Wings are a 10 here. I personally like the XXX sauce, and recommend it if you can handle spice…read more Even if you can't, the wings themselves are just fundamentally perfect. They probably use corn starch instead of flour, because they aren't overly breaded. Shoutout to the prep workers there (whatup Zoe!), because the food is like crazy good, hot, and fast. For most of the food, they have this insane rotating grill that you can see from the street. Super cool operation Steak salad is a must as well. It's so refreshing! It's got a balsamic dressing, some bleu cheese, and either raisin or dried cranberry and maybe walnuts. I don't actually know because I shovel it down my throat lol. Burgers are the best in the area. Even their less popular items are very well done. Recently got a sausage and peppers sandwich that was as good as what I routinely make at home. Atmosphere is amazing. All the employees go above and beyond. I usually sit at the bar and play any of their video gambles. You win some, you tip extra, you leave happy. You lose some and get some beers on the house. I'll go there if I go to Nevada beaches, or if I want to catch a game. South Lake resident and I generally avoid stateline for it's crowds but I'll head up to Lucky Beaver just for the food. I'm assuming they do PPV MMA fights which is another excuse to show up going forward Shoutout to Bruno as well. Awesome bartender. There's also a few awesome gals who's names escape me at the moment. It's a super chill place while having a great vibe and energy The other patrons are just fun people, it's easy to have a conversation with the guy sitting next to you. It's a well known place but I think it's still a hidden gem amongst all that chaos lol. For a 24 hour place, it's very chill. Never had a bad experience. It's good for hanging out with friends but I wouldn't hesitate bringing my nieces and nephews and whole family there. Only critique is parking. They don't comp it, but all parking is paid now at the casinos, so it's no surprise, that's just the standard.. I think if you get in and out in less than an hour parking is free, so keep that in mind. You can also park further away at other free parking areas and walk.
