Well, as you can see from our correspondence, he was initially responsive, but then ghosted me after stopping by the property. The tenants told me he didn't even look at the house, just noped it out of there after seeing the foundation crack. So cancelled order and went to the Gutter Guys (absolutely fantastic!!!) and got exactly what we wanted, at the time we wanted and for a price we wanted. Thought nothing of ABC again until this week when we received a bill in the mail, requiring payment. When we called to remind them of not having the product available when stated, they threatened to sue! Over $126!!!! Rather than deal with the courts (as they probably suspected) we paid the bill! But we can slam them online and warn other unsuspecting customers online! Well worth the $126!
