He told me the pros and cons of getting dentures and that I would continue to pay for dental work that would cost a lot of money. Let me decide what I wanted to do. He pulled the few teeth I had left out and I had my denture the same day. I healed fast and no one can tell I have them they done amazing work on making them fit perfect and look real. I won't go to another dentist. Wait time is very short everyone that works there is super friendly. Their office is clean and even has a little area for the kids to play while they wait.

She haves us a tour of Dr.'s office and made me feel welcomed and at ease to know he is a human :) . Shae our X-ray (not her full name) tech was so kind and gentle. She explained everything even so I could understand. Maddy our cleaning/gum specialist so tender and so so sweet to explain everything she is doing. She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me. Luckily Cory and Alyssa made sure I got my insurance info to which benifits me. Thank you Kimberly for getting my husband in especially working with his crazy work schedule. The crown went in perfectly, and then I told him that I had a slight problem on the left side down by my wisdom tooth and it chipped off. Instead of costing me a lot of money he said let's see if we can fill this. And he was able to fill that chipped portion with a substance that is so strong looks exactly like my tooth. Amazing what they have today. When everything was all done he asked me how my bite was and I said it is perfect. It feels great so he polished everything up and I was out of there. not all dentist are equal, I am so happy I found Dr. Affleck and he is not only a perfectionist, but he is a specialist and a thank you also for the ladies in the office appreciate y'all

Their dental care was great, and they have a fun environment. My problems with them were administrative. They frequently sent us bills for things that they should have been billing to our insurance, and it was a hassle to get it all straightened out. The final straw came one morning when I had an appointment at 8:00 am. I was running a little bit behind that day. I got a call at about 8:05 asking if I was coming in. I told her that yes, I was on my way. She said "But will you be here by 8:15? Because if you are here after that, they will have cancelled your appointment, and they will still charge you for it." The fact that they were so inflexible with a longstanding customer gave me the incentive to find a new dentist.

My wife was there in March of 2023, for some dental work. She paid her out of pocket costs, up front, and the remaining should have been placed on our Dental Insurance. Come to find out 2 years later, that my wife was maxed out, at that time, on her Dental Insurance. Instead of doing the right thing, which would have been calling us, or sending something in the mail, to let us know, that we had an outstanding balance, Monarch Dental just decided to throw the bill in collections. We received a collection notice, in June of 2025, we then called Monarch Dental, and talked to Fran, who is in charge of billing. She decided to put the blame on a corporate mess up. We then called corporate, and the man apologized, and he said it was out of their hands, because it has already been sent to collections. He also said it was not corporates fault. We just ended up calling the collection agency, to pay the bill and the collection agency did remove it from my wifes report. If you ever get sent to collections from this company, which it looks like has happened multiple times to other people, just make sure you you take a screenshot of the payment you make, and get the Representatives name, from the Collection agency, so you have proof, to remove it from your credit report. Sorry if this review kind of rambles on, but I just wanted to give exact detailed information, if this happens to anyone else.

He is the nicest guy, he takes his time, met me and my daughter in the lobby and just talked about the day before working on us.
