She haves us a tour of Dr.'s office and made me feel welcomed and at ease to know he is a human :) . Shae our X-ray (not her full name) tech was so kind and gentle. She explained everything even so I could understand. Maddy our cleaning/gum specialist so tender and so so sweet to explain everything she is doing. She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me. Luckily Cory and Alyssa made sure I got my insurance info to which benifits me. Thank you Kimberly for getting my husband in especially working with his crazy work schedule. Also for reminding me of my appointments. Love love this place. I promise you won't be disappointed.

He did it in 10 minutes, and I was charged a whopping co-pay in the hundreds of dollars. It was a bloody rip-off. I have to cancell all scheduled fillings and cleanings set this month and in May. I will stick to the most recent, and more substantial mess up. My wife was there in March of 2023, for some dental work. She paid her out of pocket costs, up front, and the remaining should have been placed on our Dental Insurance. Come to find out 2 years later, that my wife was maxed out, at that time, on her Dental Insurance. Instead of doing the right thing, which would have been calling us, or sending something in the mail, to let us know, that we had an outstanding balance, Monarch Dental just decided to throw the bill in collections. We received a collection notice, in June of 2025, we then called Monarch Dental, and talked to Fran, who is in charge of billing. She decided to put the blame on a corporate mess up. We then called corporate, and the man apologized, and he said it was out of their hands, because it has already been sent to collections. He also said it was not corporates fault. We just ended up calling the collection agency, to pay the bill and the collection agency did remove it from my wifes report. If you ever get sent to collections from this company, which it looks like has happened multiple times to other people, just make sure you you take a screenshot of the payment you make, and get the Representatives name, from the Collection agency, so you have proof, to remove it from your credit report. Sorry if this review kind of rambles on, but I just wanted to give exact detailed information, if this happens to anyone else.

I appreciated the friendly service from ALL of the staff, the kind expert dentists, and the super comfy dental chair. (I didn't know I even cared about the chair until I felt this one!) Dr. Hadley made me feel at ease and did an excellent job on my same-day crown and two small fillings. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them to everyone! My husband is also getting braces from them and Dr. Metcalf is one of the best! He and his whole staff are kind and considerate and always happy to see him when he gets there. It's evident the individuals at Summit Dental and Orthodontics care about people and chose dentistry/orthodontics to do their good in the world!

I decided to go back to a dentist I had previously been a patient of. I didn't mention my time at Summit. He told me I had no cavities. He also charged me half of what Summit charged for a fluoride treatment. In addition, Summit spent entirely too much time trying to talk me into braces. It felt a whole lot like they were trying to upsell me more than just take care of my teeth. I was not impressed. I will never go back. Looks like I'm not alone based on the other reviews here. Yikes.

Hi! I've been going here for a year and yesterday I went…read moretwice in one day to get a cavity filled. THIS DENTIST DOES NOT WARN YOU WHEN HE'S GOING TO GIVE YOU A SHOT/ ANYTHING. He was watching the Olympics on the TV on the celling more a lot of the time I was in the chair. He was talking about how his old hygienist would fight with him all the time. He was fighting with the one who was helping him. He was talking about women to the lady assisting him. About what he thought a ideal women was... He talked about how a lady in the ice skating portion of the Olympics breast popped out¿¿ just really cringey for me. The first time I went they lady asked me what I wanted to watch second didn't. I asked him if he was giving me another shot and and said, "You wouldn't be able to feel it if I did." Ugh I know I'm not returning. He did good dental work that's it. I know that's his job just to do teeth but I was uncomfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for many years to have root canals. His manner is very easy-going…read moreand his staff are polite.

Please see the UPDATE at the bottom…read more Original Review Did a root canal for me. I was the first appointment of the day. Started right on time. Great procedure. Efficient. In and out in under an hour. At the end, he says to me, "OK, now go back to your dentist to complete the procedure. I put in a plug that will last for about 10 days." I have a crown on the tooth. He put a "plug" in the hole he made in the crown and now I have to go back to my dentist. I paid him $1,000 for the root canal and now I have to go back to my dentist to spend another $250 to remove the plug and put in crown material? He couldn't spend another 10 minutes, while I'm already deadened, and complete the job? At least offer to do so? I felt like after having work done on an engine, the mechanic saying, "OK, now go to the Jiffy Lube and get the oil." UPDATE I went to my dentist to get the crown completed. He charged me $200 to remove the plug and replace it with crown material. It took him 10 minutes to remove the plug. 10 minutes to refill with crown material. He said, that in the past, the plug allowed for the root canal material to "cure" (what?) but that really, it could be done all at one time now. So, David Johnson is just following industry practice. It's my first root canal, so didn't know. He did a fine job. A better job would have been if he had asked, "I can fill your crown with a plug and you can go back to your dentist, pay another $200, and have him complete the crown. Or, I can just take an extra 5 minutes and finish the job at no extra charge." I wonder how I would have answered that question?
