Instead of costing me a lot of money he said let's see if we can fill this. And he was able to fill that chipped portion with a substance that is so strong looks exactly like my tooth. Amazing what they have today. When everything was all done he asked me how my bite was and I said it is perfect. Their dental care was great, and they have a fun environment. My problems with them were administrative. They frequently sent us bills for things that they should have been billing to our insurance, and it was a hassle to get it all straightened out. The final straw came one morning when I had an appointment at 8:00 am. I was running a little bit behind that day. I got a call at about 8:05 asking if I was coming in. I told her that yes, I was on my way. She said "But will you be here by 8:15? Because if you are here after that, they will have cancelled your appointment, and they will still charge you for it." The fact that they were so inflexible with a longstanding customer gave me the incentive to find a new dentist.

My wife was there in March of 2023, for some dental work. She paid her out of pocket costs, up front, and the remaining should have been placed on our Dental Insurance. Come to find out 2 years later, that my wife was maxed out, at that time, on her Dental Insurance. Instead of doing the right thing, which would have been calling us, or sending something in the mail, to let us know, that we had an outstanding balance, Monarch Dental just decided to throw the bill in collections. We received a collection notice, in June of 2025, we then called Monarch Dental, and talked to Fran, who is in charge of billing. She decided to put the blame on a corporate mess up. We then called corporate, and the man apologized, and he said it was out of their hands, because it has already been sent to collections. He also said it was not corporates fault. We just ended up calling the collection agency, to pay the bill and the collection agency did remove it from my wifes report. If you ever get sent to collections from this company, which it looks like has happened multiple times to other people, just make sure you you take a screenshot of the payment you make, and get the Representatives name, from the Collection agency, so you have proof, to remove it from your credit report. Sorry if this review kind of rambles on, but I just wanted to give exact detailed information, if this happens to anyone else.
