This happened multiple times. While the salon aims to be a high-end salon I feel it just misses the mark in the details. There isn't a full time receptionist so during my appointment my stylist has stopped and left to go answer the phone. During one coloring she had a lengthy personal conversation, which I think took her attention away from what she was doing because the color didn't turn out as discussed. When I told him I was there before then, he told me I wasn't, and he wasn't very nice about it. I won't even try to go there again because he was so confrontational about it, especially since I asked twice when I made the appointment to be sure it was okay.
