This business is run by a husband and wife. They charge less than any other salons by ($5) but there are a few things they have to change for me to go back. It is obvious they don't sanitize any of their equipment, their chairs are falling apart, their restrooms are filthy, no hand soap to use. Seriously, the Health Department needs to check this place. And the most annoying part is the wife talks on her earpiece (in their language) the whole time while she's doing my nails. I have given them 3 chances. No changes, this place has gotten worse from the first time I have been there. I will not recommend this place. I value my health a lot more than the price of the service. read more

If you don't mind sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open, go for it. They advertise opening at 10 am. It's now 10:30 am. They've already lost 5 customers this morning and still no one is in the shop even prepping to open. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. read more

This place is a nightmare. Do not go there. Okay so I get my nails at least once a month and my normal guy was all booked before prom so I went here. Oh my goodness they did a horrible job, I asked for a French tip and they completely ruined it. First they put the white on the tip and I thought wow this is bad but I'll just run with it. Then they just shaped it and said I was done. And the guy working on it starting yelling at me because I told him this is not what I asked. He started on a rant about how I was in wrong when I told them French tip. The guy then went and ranted to a different customer about why I was so wrong. I have never been treated like this at a nail salon. I left crying and very upset. I do not recommend to go there, they treated me without any respect or dignity. I do not recommend going there and if you do I warn you the man is not nice and he yells at you if he thinks you are in the wrong. read more

The owners are very nice, they're the only two people who are there. The salon seemed pretty clean for what it was. I got acrylic nails and purposely didn't get my usual pink and white because they wanted like $65 for that. Well, I ended up paying $50 for some reason, when it was advertised for $35. I didn't ask questions. In this town, money is a big factor in everything we do. You can't just advertise a certain service for $35 and charge $50. Well, actually apparently you can because that's what they did to me. I called about two weeks later to see if they would just take off the acrylic nails so I could go back to my natural nails. The man says 'No, you can't do that, you have to put on new ones to replace. Or fill them.' So I bought some acetone and took them off myself. So yes, you can. And yes, I did. It made me mad about the money but don't tell me I can't take off my nails. That's just ridiculous. read more

I am from out of town and I actually wonder if that's why I was treated so badly - they knew that I wouldn't become a regular. The technician used a fake nail to pry off my previous tips and gel polish, in effect ripping off the top layer of my nails. This was extremely painful and when I told her that it hurt she called me a cry baby. She didn't shape the nails the way I asked, telling me that her way is better. Some of the nails weren't even filed and caught on my clothes repeatedly. I honestly can't think of a worse nail experience. On top of that, it's more expensive than my regular salon in Virginia. read more

I'm from out of town and wanted to take my aunt for a pedicure; this salon had good prices, so we went there. LONGEST PEDI OF MY LIFE. 2 hours. Much of which we spent waiting while the two people on staff (I called ahead and made an appointment, mind you) worked on other people. The older woman with black hair who did my feet was very nice, but the man working in the shop was incredibly rude to several customers, including my aunt, which upset me since I wanted her to have a pleasant first-pedi experience. The sign on the door, like the sign on the cash register, said that AmEx was accepted, but the girl who rang me out didn't want to take my American Express card- they probably don't like paying the merchant fees, I realize, but then don't advertise that you accept AmEx!!! I ended up paying with a bank card, and while our toes look nice enough, it was definitely not worth the hassle. read more
