We had just installed a BRAND NEW alternator in LA and it was faulty (No amperage) Allen had it diagnosed in minutes as well as found a small wiring issue , got on the phone to the repair yard in LA , had the part ordered through them , they air freighted it to us , over night from Tennessee , it arrived by 1pm that next day , it was installed within 20 minutes of its arrival and we were on our way.
