Yes, you can usually buy everything online but for something I'm unfamiliar with, I'd prefer to see it in person and ask questions about it if needed. I once needed a length of pine cut, and their band saw was out of order. An employee confided to me that it had been that way for a while. Their garden section has fewer species for sale than other home stores in bigger cities. So, all in all, I enjoy shopping here and interacting with their associates but I know they won't always have what I'm looking for.

Beyond floral arrangements, they have a strong potted plant selection which beautifully decorates one of their back walls, as well as gifts and locally made goods from local brands who don't have traditional storefronts such as Meemaw's Soaps and Stuff which they carry consistently.
