He could not guarantee the results. I told him that whatever he could do with it would be better than it was then and I would be happy with whatever he could do with it. So he accepted the job. WOW! It is just BEAUTIFUL. All stains and spots are gone and it looks like new. I was shocked as there must have been close to 20 spots/stains. I am so grateful that he took this on and did such a wonderful job. xoe

Everyone goes the extra mile whenever I come in, including helping me get clothes to and from the car whenever my toddler is with me and I definitely need the extra hands. The owner is great and has personally helped me to the car on more than one occasion. I've brought heavily stained items, designer pieces, and fragile clothes, and they always come back to me looking better than ever for a very competitive price and with a speedy turnaround. Just last week I brought in my grandfather's Burberry rain coat; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It's the only remaining item I have of my grandfather's, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long. I explained the situation, and the way they carefully inspected the jacket with the utmost care demonstrated how thoughtful and trustworthy they are. I picked it up today and it looks absolutely pristine. 10/10 recommend.

There has never been a negative incident with them. The best part is their twice-a-week pick-up and delivery service. They even provided a hook for us to install outside the door so that we can hang the dry cleaning bag (also provided) when we need service. Another great service they provide is their expert tailoring. Over the years I have had them hem pants, repair tears, and alter dresses. They are professionals in everything they do. I highly recommend using them for your dry cleaning and tailoring needs.

I have read other reviews, as I am sure you have, and there are a handful of negatives reviews that might deter you from trying them out. But let me assure you from personal experience, if there is anything you feel wrong, these guys do their best to make it right. Also they have a great seamstress/tailor in this store to take of any repairs you may need! All of the employees I have dealt with are courteous, and professional and care about the customer. I have even had the chance to meet the owner once or twice as he was checking in on his employees, and he seemed like a pretty solid guy who cares not only about his customers, but about his employees a great deal. Once you get to know the manager, and he knows you, you might start to expect some friendly banter back and forth. All in all, I give this the pilot's approval. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!

We're trusting you with our personal, valuable clothing.... why else would anyone go to a dry cleaner if the items didn't matter to them? There's absolutely no reason to treat customers with that level of disrespect. They didn't even want to provide a receipt. How are customers supposed to prove they left their garments there without documentation? I was rushed out and told the items would be delivered, yet no one even asked for my name or apartment number. Completely unprofessional. Unsurprisingly, my item went missing for several days. It was a $400 jacket. Thankfully it was eventually found, but that situation should have never happened in the first place. Had it not turned up, I would have taken this to small claims court. I called Penny several times and also visited the store. They repeatedLu asked for the shirt's description, which I told them was a Ralph Louren button down tattersall size large. The shirt cost over $100 and was relatively new. They still haven't found the shirt nor offered and compensation for the loss. Penny doesn't seemed to care, so I'm warning my neighbors and friends to stay far away from this "establishment."

Most recently, I dropped off a jacket on August 25 with a pickup date of September 2. When I went in on September 3--eight days later--it wasn't ready and couldn't be found. I was told it might be ready by 6 PM, but I needed it early the next morning. Previously, I brought a jacket in for alterations and the work wasn't done on time. The hems were rushed and poorly finished, and they couldn't handle the tailoring I needed. This, also, was brought in with ample time and needed desperately. For $14 to clean a jacket, I expected reliability and quality service. Unfortunately, this cleaner hasn't delivered either.
