This car wash is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They open and close whenever they want, and the hours posted online are completely inaccurate. I've gone out of my way to come during their listed business hours only to find the place closed or workers shutting things down early. No notice, no explanation -- just a waste of time. On top of that, they offered a membership program and then randomly increased the price without properly notifying customers. After that, they suddenly canceled the membership altogether for everyone, again with zero communication. No emails, no warning, no options -- just canceled. There is clearly no respect for customers here. Poor communication, inconsistent operations, and constant changes that only benefit them. If you value your time and money, I'd recommend going somewhere more organized and professional. read more

We have gone here twice now since my husband had mentioned it to me the first time a couple of months ago. The hand washing on the car takes longer. However, the attention to detail in taking care of washing the car is great. Multiple times washing every part, and showing it not being a quick rinse really helps knowing it's been done thoroughly. Inside, there's an option on detailing if any customers want the option. There were different packages if you decided what you wanted to do with your car, too. Expect a line when you arrive here. It takes a little longer. However, if you leave satisfied, it's worth the wait. Becareful waiting on the side street as you prep to into the wash. It's a great place they do a great job but having 4 cars in front of me and having to wait more than 40 minutes in the line doesn't worth it. They take a good amount of time adding the soap so if you have more than an hour to take your car for a car wash do it. read more

They do a good job, but they are extremely understaffed and you will be there for at least 45 minutes to get your car washed. That is far too long. I asked the new owner about it, and he very rudely told me I should go someplace else next time. He is too cheap to hire sufficient staff, and then blames customers for complaining about the delay he caused. First off, if I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would. I bought my Bronco a few weeks ago and plan to keep it for the life of the vehicle. One of the first things I wanted to do was protect its coat with ceramic. After looking around at various places, my buddy told me to check The Wash out. I went to book an appointment and was told to come in a few days later. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was warmly greeted by Jun, the owner. He went over what exactly what was going to be done and answered any question I had. It started to rain and Jun went above and beyond and offered me a ride a couple miles away to my home. The next morning, I picked up the vehicle and was blown away by the way my Bronco looks. He demonstrated water rolling off the windows, hood, and fenders. Jun also went over what I needed to do to maintain the ceramic coating. The Wash has a new customer. read more

I've been using Leonia car wash (now the car wash) for over 15 yrs, since the Cuban family owned yet. It's been sold twice and it's been ok since now. The service has gotten worse, i only go when I'm in a hurry now because they are never busy anymore like years ago. I believe it's due to their horrible service and extremely high prices. I don't care about the money as i care about lack of detail to what they are doing. I just got back from getting a was today and i had to ask one of the managers to come and look at the horrible way the car was washed. He really didn't see anything wrong. This is usually my go-to car wash spot but the last two times I've been here my interior has still been dirty. My visit yesterday was the worst. They hosed down the mats, great, but it didn't seem like anything else was wiped down on the inside, not the dashboard, the console or the doors. The worst car wash experience ever. I paid an extra $15 for their "Deep Clean" Interior Service. They brought my car out from the wash and the interior wasn't touched. When I told the manager he walked out to the car with a dirty rag and a spray bottle. He spent maybe 3-5 minutes wiping down the interior front with the spray and rag. When I asked him to do the back seats too he just walked away. And whatever he sprayed smelled disgusting. The exterior wash was just Ok. Many better car wash businesses in the area. I got my car washed on a weekday night back last winter. The workers didn't seem motivated to wash my car at the time. I'm sure they were tired; I totally get it. The next morning, I checked my car and saw that it wasn't washed well; there was still a residue of bird droppings left behind. When I went to get another wash for my second car, I told the owner what had happened. The man got very defensive and told me that that couldn't possibly happen. It's good to defend your workers but never tell a customer that he's lying. Throughout the entire conversation, I was very courteous and kept it professional. There are a lot of complaints coming from this place, but for the price, you have to understand, you get what you pay for. It's a great general cleaning for what you need, but if you're looking for the highest quality, put down more money got that time and attention. They got the dirt, dust, and sand out from my mats and did a quick wipe of the interior of my car, which was all I needed. Didn't give a full 5 star because the area near the tires (undercarriage area) was still dirty. Leaves and stuff were still on it. The only recommendation I have for this business is not to visit at all. When faced with a complaint - the owner ignores the complaint and redirects his response. The Wash does an Ok job cleaning your car but does a great job at overcharging when if you come with an SUV. Rather then admit they made a mistake they simply ignore the fact that they took advantage by overcharging a large SUV as a lifted suv. I have brought the same vehicle to other local car washes and always pay for a large suv NEVER a lifted SUV ( because it is not lifted or a van ). They actually did me a favor - the $10.00 they made on the single wash is far less then they could have made before they lost a customer. read more

Took my bmw i3 there and the manager incorrectly marks it a SUV!!!!!! I don't even care about the $18 vs $16 he's trying to charge me, but he's arguing with me for 5 mins that it's a SUV. He's saying the 4 door Prius in front of me is a sedan. Really pissed me off. Poor customer service and they've prob been ripping people off for years. Bmw i3 is the smallest car BMW produced and it's a subcompact. I'm not coming here again. I've been coming here since the 90's too before they changed ownership. Lost a customer for life now. Holy crap. I pulled in and saw the prices...$18 for a hand wash for an SUV. I asked the guy if they really charge $18 as if I was reading the sign wrong. He just said' "Yup. $18." I put my car in reverse and left. I'm used to paying $12/$13 max - see my review for New Look Hand Wash in Belleville. While Leonia and Belleville aren't next door, I'd rather go out of my way to give New Look my business than get ripped off. read more

One of the best car washes I've been to with amazing customer service! The price is great for the different combo deals on services, such as a wax and wash combo for $20. The best part of the service done here is they hand wash cars. You drive in and there's a machine that blows pressurized water to get that initial cleanse, then you tell the workers which combo deal you want and before you know it, there's about 3-4 people washing your car. The whole wash took not even 5 mins and it was done really cleanly. I wanted that extra wax on so I requested that wax and wash combo and my car came out extremely clean! The workers were very friendly and did an amazing job. I had no complaints! The location is pretty easy to get to, if you're around this area, definitely get your car wash here.
