These are not major repairs--they are basic details that should have been addressed before handing the keys to a customer. What is most disappointing is that it felt like the level of care and attention ended the moment the sale was finalized. The vehicle I received was not the vehicle I was promised, and the dealership's lack of follow-through left a poor impression. My sales representative was excellent and did a great job throughout the process, but the overall ownership and delivery experience was disappointing and fell well short of expectations.

The car was exactly what I had wanted but the previous owner had smoked in it. I was hesitant to buy it but thought I could get the smell out. I could NOT.
