The next day I got a phone call from my salesman Charles and we got the car ordered I wanted. When I felt better I went to the dealership and met Charles Webster. He was awesome!! The car was exactly what I had wanted but the previous owner had smoked in it. I was hesitant to buy it but thought I could get the smell out. I could NOT. Two days later, Charles helped me to find the exact same car with no smoke smell and I was able to exchange it within a week. He was kind,patient and above all went the extra mile!! If I didn't like it I could return the car. I involved Corporate and the Corporate person told me the General Manager agreed to do the repairs. After speaking in person to the Manager he refused the repairs. Through some base paint on it and said it meets their standards. Wouldn't meant any reasonable persons standards. Their standards must be so low you have to dig them up. Don't believe anything they tell you at CarMax. And Corporate is no help.
