Their service center at the north end of town Is clearly set up to serve the public. I walked in with an urgent delivery to Bogotá, Colombia, holding some small metal parts with no packaging in my hand. This wasn't my first rodeo--I had my commercial invoice with four copies already filled out for the customer in South America. The counterman knew exactly what to do. He found the cheapest method and best protective packaging for the fragile metal tubing I was shipping. I watched him wrap the parts and he did an excellent job. He scanned my ID, took my card payment, and returned a receipt with all the tracking information required to notify my customer. I was in and out of there in no time. Although I was in a hurry, I did notice racks of related products that make shipping effortless. I was there at 2 o'clock and the last pick up for air shipments is at 4 o'clock. This experience gave me a very positive attitude toward (FedEx).

My time is as important as anyone else's. 2. No UPS man knocked on my door, no label saying he stopped by, no ringing my doorbell. 3. NOW, I learn from eBay the UPS man could NOT find my house. He hasn't been trained to know how to use his GPS when I am 2 blocks from the Chelan county courthouse and UPS has delivered packages to me before?
