There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality of their repair work, but based on scheduling and communication alone, I would not recommend relying on appointments here.

I heard from the dealer the next day. Carlos knew I had a lot of questions, so he sat in the van to call me back and answer everything about the Sedona in real time. He arranged a talk with warranty when I had questions. He let me have time to think about it, talk to my spouse and I didn't have to walk into the dealer and wait around all day as I did a few days before. The price on the van was more than fair and significantly better than I had seen elsewhere. We decided to call Carlos and let him know we were ready to move forward. After emailing in the credit app, Carlos called back with the financing details and then upon approval, arranged the paperwork. He even offered to deliver the car to us at no cost. Ted from finance called me the next day to go over the numbers and terms and verify all the information. The numbers came out as they should, no surprises and everything Carlos promised was in the paperwork. The price was great and I didn't need to even haggle. It was a relief. We decided to come in the dealer the next day, honestly still nervous things were not as easy as they seemed. . Everything was exactly as they said, and we spent a maximum of 15 min in the dealership. Buying every vehicle should always be this easy. Though they are a solid 2 hours from our house, it was worth it. It is the first time I left a dealer and really felt good about the entire experience. I am now glad my first van fell through. I paid 3800 less for the whole transaction and the van had 6.5K less miles. We will be back for all our vehicle purchasing. Honestly, best car transaction in 30 yrs. I used these guys once, and will never be back. I needed them to troubleshoot a sound on my Subaru…read more I thought I had a bad CV axel (common issue with Subaru's) but instead it appeared to be a heat shield on the wheel that was rubbing. Fair enough, easy fix. Instead, they chopped it off on the passenger side. About a day later, the noise was back. I crawled under the car and could see the drivers side was doing the same. I took a screwdriver and bent the shield out of the way and noise never returned. I'm just baffled that they didn't know how to fix the issue easily or without a less destructive way. Tells me they didn't test drive it or really diagnose the issue to begin with.
