Yes and they solved both aesthetic issues (crooked front teeth) as well as orthodontic issues (misalignment causing pain). Would I recommend Dr. Schmidt and his team? Yes, without reservation. I was always treated in a professional manner even when as an adult many decades past childhood, I whined about the discomfort. Dr. Schmidt and his team were always there with advice to make the process more comfortable. All along the way, they proved they cared about the care they were providing. Another thing that I really appreciated was the calmness of the office. Before choosing Uniquely You, I visited two other recommended orthodontists. One of them reminded me of some sort of amusement park - with lots of noise, activities, even prizes. Granted that the braces business is mostly for kids, I found those environments too distracting and too crowded as an adult. At Uniquely You there was always a sense of calm and professional attention to each individual patient. I never felt rushed or part of an assembly line. They treated me as a unique individual. Their name, Uniquely You, was well chosen because it really is truth in advertising.

Disgraceful experience - do not go here…read more My wife had a wisdom tooth pulled at Dental Associates of Wauwatosa on Monday, July 21, and the dentist who did it was a butcher -- rough, careless, and left her in serious pain. Four days later, her neck is swollen, and we're worried she has an infection. She called them on Wednesday to report the pain and swelling, and their response? They told her that a 51-year-old woman "takes longer to heal." Are you kidding me? That's not just dismissive -- it's irresponsible. Since then, we've called three more times, and no one has followed up or shown any concern. My wife and I have been patients here for over three years, but this is the final straw. This place clearly does not care about their patients once the procedure is done. We're now heading to an emergency dental clinic because they won't help. We're never coming back -- and you shouldn't either.
