With COVID and the postal issues for delivery, they should be able to allow a grace period especially when they do not post when received. We also have problems with our courtyard doors which are not steel. During the winter they swell and won't close or won't open. This is definitely a danger and all we are told is to "call a locksmith". Such wonderful customer service.

He was uncomfortable with how I stressed I was and was afraid to tell me anything he thought I might get more upset about, so he didn't do his job -- which was to tell us the truth about what he had to do to get our house sold. At one point we suddenly started getting solicitation letters from realtors, which I assumed had to be unethical because we already had one... Or so we thought. We found out we had fallen through the cracks and he had orgotten to renew our agreement, so we found out from other realtors that we were no longer represented and the house was no longer listed. When we signed on with the Barkleys we found out that some things our former realtor was doing or trying to do were unethical or illegal, and we knew that we could trust them to do it right. They weren't daunted by my extremely high stress level, they told us the truth about what had to be done to sell our house, and they got the job done in a relatively painless and quick time frame. Our area, The Seasons in Woodbury was hiring them to manage the HOA in my neighborhood for few…read moreyears. They have done a horrible job of taking care the landscape in our area. Trees and flowers died each year due to lack of watering, trimming... Grass only cut once every couple weeks. Each year the HOA is increasing without the proper care they put in. They are overcharge $10 late fee for HOA even you paid them in full. They sent us a letter but do not have a proper bill pay to. Called Michael Mattson, the name on the letter and left numerous calls and they did not even care to call back to resolve the charge since it kept adding up and now even charged extra $20 and threaten us with the letter saying my account will turn over to collection while I already paid them $227 for this year. I will talk to my area representative and better find another one to manage our area. This is a horrible company, just like others saying, do not work with them.
