Original Review: I have been a RSB saving account customer for over a decade...steadily adding monies to the account. Last month the day arrived, and I need to withdraw. To my shock, the daily withdrawal limit is $1,500. In fact the practical "daily limit" is $1,500 every 3-5 days before the website allows another daily withdrawal. It has taken me 2 months to withdraw my money. I am glad I had other monies available. Be forewarned about this out-of-whack bank policy. Tip: The bank has competitive saving account interest rates...good until you need your money.

In full disclosure, I have more experience with the Bed-Stuy DeKalb Ave location, but I have never experienced anything like what some of the bad reviews suggest. If you want to take those reviews seriously, go to the DeKalb location, but don't write off this wonderful community bank. Also, one of the reviews from 2016 says they don't offer mobile check deposits. They do now! And I've never experienced a check taking longer than 2 days to post. I stood at customer service for approximately 15 minutes then a man passed by and I asked does he work here. He said yes and I explained my teen son needed a new bank card. He abruptly said "I work here but I don't do that!" So I waited another 10 minutes and the abrupt employee returned and said I will help you. He told me temporary cards are no longer issues and he can only help with obtaining one which will be sent by mail. I have been with Chase for at least 15 years and I've never walked into a Chase Bank without a representative greeting me. I never had to find a person to help me. Maybe I'm accustomed to the great customer service of the 55 Water Street NYC location where as soon as one comes inside you are greeted and asked what can I do for you. The employees of this location need to be retrained in customer service. I wish I could give ZERO stars fir this location.
