I have not been to this office in years and when I left, I was accidentally overcharged and had a credit on my account (I still have the statement from 2 years ago saying there is a credit on my account). Yesterday I received an old bill in the mail dated back to 3 years ago claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars today. They didn't care that I had a claim statement showing a credit to my account postmarked after the date on this "new statement". I even called my old insurance, but couldn't get any proof of this bill. The management of their billing is outrageous and will try to scam you. They admitted that their old billing was done incorrectly, yet now they are hunting down old patients and forcing them to pay new charges that were never shown before. I wish I could go back in time - I would've found a different doctor instead.

I am only giving this place 3 stars because it was dirty. I saw one of the employees cleaning the toilet with NO gloves. That same employee did NOT wash hands and started touching regular kitchen items. I really think this place is and to be great perhaps years and years ago. At Glen Rock PT I worked with Paul, the owner, who was outstanding. He spent time listening to me and working with me to find the best way to deal with my symptoms and also to help me to build my strength back. I can not say enough about the excellent treatment I received from Paul in addition to all of his staff.
