I did not experience that in your Westwood store on 8/13/21 in the late afternoon. Overall I gave this store 2 stars. 4 stars for having unique inventory, 1 star for customer service / sales. I was picking up a takeout order from a restaurant across the street & decided I would check out what the store had to offer before picking up the food. I was dressed in shorts, t-shirt & flip flops. I didn't realize I would be judged while browsing in a shoe store. I tried on 1 pair that did not fit. Then I tried on a pair of buttery soft suede flats that fit & asked the cost since they were on sale. The saleswoman replied "very expensive". I felt like the scene in Pretty Woman. I was so caught off guard I couldn't reply other than to ask the cost again. I tried on another pair of shoes (suede sneakers) and they were perfect. When I said I would take both pairs, the saleswoman said "you're taking both!" with a surprised gasp. Despite not wanting to give her the over $600 sale, I loved the 2 pairs of shoes & had to have them. That saleswoman was so snobby & judgmental. I love the shoes but am so disappointed by her behavior.

I started off shopping here only when visiting town but now I am a true regular....... If Im confused about how something fits me, need advice on finding the right shoe for an outfit, or need a shoe specially-ordered, the girls here always go above and beyond to make sure customers leave satisfied with their purchase. After leaving the store today having made yet another purchase, I was actually given a discount from their rewards system I've racked up over the years....! So I thought what better time to write a review than now.......especially after seeing these old reviews about the store . Terrible with returns ... Shoes are defective …read more.... I purchased shoes, and wore them only three times before they ripped. The Store manager insisted on repairing the shoes even though I continued to ask for a new pair. I finally agreed to the repair I didn't get the shoes back for over a week Finally, I got my shoes back, wore them one time and the shoes ripped again (after wearing them only two hours). When I went back to the store a second time, the manager, once again refused to give me my money or to give me a new pair Basically, I spent $200 on summer shoes and wore them four times all summer The issue remains unresolved
