With text reminders from the salon and Chelsea I was prepared for my visit. I showed Chelsea what I was wanting and we discussed a few things and she went right to work. Very professional and sweet, I will absolutely be returning and handing out her cards to all of my friends!!! I also love that they carry Aveda products. Chelsea took my balayage blunder from the other place, and my couple of months of coloring from a box () and turned it into a sun kissed golden brown balayage success. I made an appointment but when I got there, they told me that the person I had an appointment with didn't work there... I was confused, but Sandra told me to come back in an hour and she would take care of me. When I came back, I waited for a few minutes while she finished with another client, and once she was ready, she told me to take a seat. Sandra started talking to me and was extremely friendly. I showed her pictures of what I wanted to get done and she started working on my hair. I was not disappointed at all with the results. It was exactly what I was looking for and gave me a fresh look.
