Not only was everything delicious, colorful and beautiful, but she was incredibly considerate of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian diets with options for everyone. Every ingredient was high quality. There was a whole meatless day that I didn't actually notice until I thought back on it. Lindsay is kind and funny and knowledgeable. She's always willing to share advice, a smile, whatever.
