Meat department and produce are very good but... that's the only thing. I hate the digital coupons... they are a hassle... why not just have that automatic with your number. Don't Do Business With the Pharmacy at Eagle Mountain! Trying to use the Ridley's Pharmacy (Eagle Mountain) has been the most frustrating and bewildering experience I've ever had with any kind of "customer service" oriented business. The pharmacy manager Luanna has no manners and comes off immediately as being angry you are disturbing her to do business there. Then if they decide they don't like you, it gets bizarre. The manager makes judgments about your medical condition and publicizes it to other employees. She tried to get "in between" me and my doctor as if she knew what was up. DON"T GO HERE if you can help it. Such ugly and unprofessional service should not be rewarded. I reported it to the store manager Nick Hoover who seemed very concerned and said he would call me back. When I didn't hear back from him, I called and he simply hung up the phone. The guy who runs the store hung up the phone on me! He apparently sets the tone for his managers. It seems Luanna had a story all outlined for this situation and the manager seemed to buy it. Nothing but games and intrigue going on it seems. Very unprofessional. read more

Many items are over priced which is somewhat understandable to be a lone market in middle of a neighborhood. Issues are that many items are past the Best Buy date on items ie Yogurt. There were over 3 dozen yogurt products that had Best Buy date of October 28 and when I wrote this it was November 13. Produce for the most part is fresh, props to the produce manager. The dairy manager not so much. Check out clerks mainly young ones learning the ropes and not much interaction or greetings. A "Did you find everything you were looking for?" would be nice. The aisles have only numbers so good luck trying to find your way around this market. read more

Love this little home town grocery store! Their bakery staff is very talented with decorating treats and donuts. They always have some really cute cupcakes. There is a Dairy Queen inside and you can take your food upstairs and eat. There is a big seating area in the middle of the store overlooking everything. Pricing is higher than most, but that's the price of convenience. There is only another grocery store in Eagle Mountain, and that's a Maceys in city center. This store has a little bit of everything that you might need. All the basics. It is attached to an Ace so you can one stop shop if you have hardware/home/paint/gardening/pet needs and don't want to travel to Saratoga Springs to Walmart. read more

We love having Ridley's close by. As many of the reviews have stated, it is a good place to look for sales. We don't use them for everyday grocery shopping. When they do have a sale, they tropically have good ones that help you stock up on things. I have always had good service there from the employees. Every when I literally bought a cart of cans and pasta, the cashier was polite. The bagger was also helpful and kind, even though it was a lot. Overall, it's a great place to go last minute to grab something or to scout out sales. read more

I've had 2 custom cakes made from their bakery and I've been impressed both times! The first cake was a year ago for my son's first birthday and we wanted a Spider-Man smash cake with his name on it, they nailed it! The second cake was this week for my daughter's 16th birthday and they did a great job as well. I was a little bummed by the price tag ($40) I didn't know what the cost was until I picked it up. But it was a 3-layer double chocolate cake with strawberry filling and chocolate covered strawberries on top! If you are looking for a unique cake, bring in some pictures of different cakes or ideas you were thinking about and they will run with it. Try them out! read more

Their meats are often rotten. Many times I've bought meat and within a day or two, it becomes bad.

The Pharmacy people are very nice and sweet but the new pharmacist Luanna has been nothing but rude when you call the store and ask a basic question. I was in the other day and this poor lady was crying because Luanna had yelled at her over the phone and hung up on her many times. She was scared to come in because she thought she was going to get yelled at again. I've heard multiple people say that she yells at her employees and gets mad at them whenever something goes wrong. She gets mad at Ridley employees who ask when they can get their meds filled. Over all she gets mad over the littlest of things and then her whole personality changes when someone comes in to pick up there medications or if she knows that person from another store or if their a friend. They are so short staffed and try to get everything done but I still see people working back there after their closed just trying to get things done. read more

Ridleys is great for sales! But when we shop here for last minute or late night necessities, it's not the best value. Inside, they have a Starbucks (closes at 8pm) and a Dairy Queen with a Drive Thru. Many people don't know that. They also have an upstairs eating area. ** There is a long window that looks down on the store with a bar in front of it to eat. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS ON THE BAR. Many of my littles tried to look over the edge and almost fallen through! There needs to be a gate or something put here ASAP to avoid this danger. Otherwise, the space is really nice. For seven years we have lived close to Ridley's Family Market at 4045 East Pony Express Drive, conveniently located to our home. When we moved here we thought, "How nice to have a market close to home!" But we have learned that from sad experience that sale items often do not ring up at the correct sale price. Vigilance was required to be charged correctly, and time was required often at the service counter to be refunded over charges. Sometimes we didn't realize that we had been over charged until we got home. Oh well...Today it happened again. And we decided - NO MORE! We figure that a few minutes more drive to the next nearest market saves us time and money. Adios Ridleys. You won't be seeing us ever again. read more

Ridley's is in walking distance of our home so it's definitely got the convenient factor for us as well as many other residents of Eagle Mountain but the prices are generally higher than let's say a Walmart or Smith's Market Place so I almost always choose those places to do the bulk of my shopping but if I ever need something quick or have a craving I always go to Ridleys. Also, their candy section is elite so if you're heading to the movies and like to sneak your treats in like 99% of the world then you have to go to Ridleys. read more

I needed some chicken broth for the soup I was making so I ran up to Ridleys around 11 am. It was fairly busy but I was able to find a close parking spot by the Starbucks side. I was able to run in and grab that along with a few other items that caught my eye but there was only one register open. Two more eventually opened up so things started moving. There is a sign saying masks are required but literally no one was wearing a mask so feel free to do what you are comfortable with. read more

I have 3 separate mobility issues and NEED an electric cart. Ridley's Family Market is just that; a Family Market. It's definitely a smaller grocery store but still has anything and everything someone could want and need. I'd consider it more of a 'Neighborhood Grocery store'. Sometimes not the best prices for things but it's great to grab things you might have forgotten at bigger grocery store or just needing a late night snack... This Ridleys, like stated above, has a ton of other amenities besides just normal groceries. They have: - Starbucks - Dairy Queen + drive thru - Pharmacy - United States Postal Service (USPS) - Ace Hardware connected to it It's pretty much your one stop shop! You can get your caffeine fix, while getting a blizzard, while getting some headache medicine from the caffeine rush and the brain freeze. Then you can mail out a package to your long lost buddy, and then buy a chainsaw to cut down some trees! Incredible! The condition of this store is so sad, this store needs a face lift and looks like it isn't well kept. The meat market looks gross inside and could get someone sick. The inside is so dark and depressing no one feels welcomed. The employees aren't there because they want to be... they just want the pay check and go home. They don't clean the place. They don't make the customers feel welcomed. The Starbucks doesn't enjoy their customers but at least it looks clean. The Dairy Queen produces the most garbage, could get someone sick, and who knows when the last time it was toughly cleaned. Lastly the grocery prices are way to high there. I doubt the owners shop at this place. Let alone go into the store. I can't wait to see what they do with the Macy's name out in city center Eagle Mountain. read more

Store is generally dirty all year. The grim from this store seems like it built up over 50 years but it's an almost brand new store. Mandated mask signs in front that no one honors and no one enforces. People that don't wear masks will stare hard at those who do and adjust their body language for conflict although conflict does not happen. It's certainly a weird creepy backwoods vibe in this store. read more

I picked up balloons yesterday for my wife's birthday. I paid around $15. Balloons are already deflating and the float is gone except in the Mylar balloon. The flowers were in sad shape and I debated on whether to even get them. Should have waited until I went to Costco. Their flowers were about the same price but much higher quality. read more

Ridley's is a great grocery store to have in Eagle Mountain. While their regular prices can be a bit high for my frugal taste, they have great sales. I especially love their caselot sale that they do twice a year. I always stock up on enough canned goods to last me until the next caselot sale. I've also been very pleased with their pharmacy and their bakery. I placed a very large order of cookies last month, and was pleased with both the price and the quality of the cookies. We only go to Ridleys when we are in a pinch to get an ingredient missing from a recipe, when it isn't necessary to drive all the way into Saratoga and fight traffic to go to Smiths. Bonus that it has a Starbucks inside, and a Dairy Queen with a drive through. We aren't a fan of Ridley's grocery prices since they tend be a little higher than Smiths. I normally don't shop here for grocery's unless I need too, I find that their prices are WAY higher than smiths or Walmart, BUT they are the only post office near by so I have to go there for business shipments. I went in the morning before it opened )I thought they opened earlier) and thought I'd ask if they would make an exception and help me mail some packages Because it's not convenient. A few employees were snotty towards me for asking, but the manager was VERY helpful and nice! I usually only go here if I need to grab a few things and don't feel like driving to Smiths or Walmart. The store is always clean. The bakery is great and the guy that runs it is super friendly. I haven't noticed their prices being that much different than other stores in the area, but maybe I haven't looked too closely. Sometimes they have great sales on meat as well. My only complaint is there is usually a line to check out and the employees aren't very attentive- but hey, I'm buying some food and not trying to make friends. I will never do my weekly shopping there but they are great for quick trips! read more

Ridleys is a great store, some things are over priced (which is still worth the money to not have to drive the extra 10 minutes to walmart) but still most things are reasonably priced. My opinion people complain a lot about the produce but I've never had a problem with the produce. I check all my food before I put it in my cart but that's what your suppose to do. Sometimes people put something on the shelf not realizing it's not good. Always check my produce no matter where I shop. The bakery is wonderful!! They cakes they can make are so beautiful, lots of talent. Donuts always so good and they also can do whatever decoration on donuts for you if you special order. I love how if you special order anything from them your paying a low price. Special ordered a cake and it was only $17 bucks it was huge and decorated wonderful. Felt like they should have charged more honestly. Meat selection keeps getting better and better. I'm a healthy eater so i love how they have extra lean ground turkey and ground chicken and they do the very lean ground beef. All the fish options and now there bringing in all natural hot dogs and brats and stuff which is extremely nice for us healthy eaters. Great selection in the diary! Lots of choices of yogurt. Always have my almond milk I like to get. Very cool they carry winderfarms milk not a lot of places do. So they have super yummy strawberry milk from winderfarms and around the holidays the best egg nog. Sometimes yes hit and miss with lots of cashiers or not very many but honestly that's every grocery store I go to. Even when I go to smiths sometimes they put me in the same situation. We live in Eagle Mountain and after my horrible experience today I think we will shop at Smith's in Saratoga Springs from now on. It's convenient to have a store here but the employees were just outright unprofessional. I stopped to get some essentials and saw a large display of poweraide with a sign that said "Special $0.50/ea with Ridley's Card", and that's it. Already planning on getting 3-4 of these I instead grabbed about twice that many. The girl and guy at the checkout just joked around with each other and paid me no attention as they began checking my order. When she came to the poweraide she asked how many I had. I said, "hmm, not sure. Maybe like 9-10". She lifted her eyebrows and said "really??" And made it a big deal that she had to count the poweraide...which there were 9. When they rang up higher than the $0.50 sale price she stated I had to buy more than 15 to get the sale price. I told her that's fine, but they should fix the sign as it's confusing. She said, "Not saying you didn't read it but that's what it says". The nagger guy annoyed in demeanor walked away to go check. I told them it's fine but it became a mission reform them to prove me wrong and we waited. Soon he radios back to her and she says to him "well they need to fix that." Now irritated I ask her what the sign says and she just proceeds to check my remaining items. She then states she has had a bad day and she can't double bag my items and hopes that's okay. The bag guy returns and I ask him what the sign said and irritated he brushes me off just saying, "It's confusing and needs to be changed but you have to buy 15 to et the deal". Now the checker in the aisle behind me interjects, "sue you have to buy 15 to get the deal". I say, "Hey! It's cool, I'm fine lying an extra 10 cents! You guys just should fix your sign". They all act like I'm not there and I swipe my card and pay. The checkout girl steps away to talk with her friend from the in-store coffee shop and gossip. I grab my stuff and walk out. So yeah, stupid stuff. But as a paying customer I don't want to be made to feel like an idiot and be part of a spectacle when I didn't even care about the issue in the first place. My wife and I have bought our weekly groceries here for the last 8 months but this store has lost our business for good. read more

Came here yesterday and was going to give them another chance, well guess what they blew it. They overcharged me for mailing a few envelopes. Hey made me pay the parcel price. Why did she do this, because I was in my cell phone and the person at the mail counter didn't like that. Pretty sad that if you upset the people they will look for ways to rip you off.
