She was visibly and verbally rude and unhelpful. We had attempted to be kind in greeting her and upon saying "Hi, How are you?" she responded with "I'm fine" and gave a glare. Ever since Ridley's took over, there have been many negative changes, most noticeably the long, long time it takes to check out. The checkers are almost all slow, and only a few of them are friendly. But, I know where everything is in the store, and I can usually shop quicker than I can check out so the time mostly evens out. Yesterday was the last straw though. The person who was bagging my groceries (Carter) talked to me very rudely, even chastised me and asked me personal questions. The checker was unbelievably slow, and I basically had no choice but to stand there and listen to this guy until I could finally pay and leave. I thought about talking to a manager, but the whole thing had taken so long, I just left. Promising/hoping to never have to set foot in the store again. You've lost a customer that visited the store at least twice a week.
