After 4-5 months, I realized that the Service and knowledge that Yi was accustomed to receive was not present at the local Smiths. I left a message and asked if they could move my prescriptions back. And you know, anymore we have to do follow up to make sure people follow through. To my pleasant surprise, my prescriptions already moved over! Mike who is a pharmacist and all of the staff I have interacted with are willing to do their job. and do it well. Thanks to them for being a true service for our needs

I always have to contact customer service and get a credit. It is nice I can get a credit, but on top of the lengthy time you have to search for relevant digital coupons, it is annoying you have to spend more time contacting customer service to fix their mistakes. Produce is often sketchy at this location too. With bad spots, rotten produce amongst the fresh, and produce that never ripens, or goes bad within a day or two of bringing it home. Items are frequently out of stock. Both sale items and regular items. Employees can rarely be found, except the ones that are shopping for customers and they don't want to answer your questions because they have to shop in a specific amount of time and get on to the next customer they are shopping for. Shelves are dirty frequently. I reported a shelf as sticky 4 weeks in a row and it never got cleaned. I gave up reporting it. But this store is better than the really overpriced one down the street and is really the only other one in the area. So I continue to go.

I stopped in for a quick trip to pick up some soda and juice because we've been sick and while I…read morelove water I'm so over it and don't care to see another drop hit my mouth for a day or at least a few hours. I ended up buying some snacks, eggs and produce. The produce section is very minimal and basic. I only bought some apples, bananas and some lemons. So I didn't get a good look at the offerings, but there's a chance you might not find what you are looking for unless is a basic produce staple. The green apples had lots of bruising and some damage to ten, so I had to sort through several before finding ones I liked. The bakery section had tons of yummy treats I'd never seen in other stores. But it was Sunday so the bakery itself was closed. The aisles all seemed to be well stocked. I found what I was looking for including a dozen eggs for $6.99. It's a lot pricier here than other bigger chain grocery stores. That hurt a bit. Checkout was abysmal as only one check stand open, and the checker was either new, or not the brightest, as he was like a sloth in no hurry to move quickly. He was friendly tho. I'll definitely give it another try when I'm feeling better and do price comparisons on what I normally buy to see how much more pricey it is. But overall I appreciated the cleanliness and the fact it wasn't packed with shoppers.

Where are my Kevin Bacon fans at?! The store is spacious and a bit bigger than I'm used to. Employees are friendly and eager to help. I was pretty happy when they still carried dole whip here, but saddened to know they ran out of the regular dole whip mid-day. The only dole whip available when I came was the orange dole whip. Nevertheless, great customer service and fast checkout.

So I finally ventured into the grocery store and I have a new love!…read more This place is immaculate! Every worker is so friendly and asks how you are doing and f they can help you find anything. They have amazing selections on everything, great fresh produce, a salad bar, soup bar, olive bar, deli area, fresh premade salads and fruit/veggies. There also seating on the second story to enjoy your lunch from the cafe or from the soup/salad bars. There is an awesome & unique seafood section with all the amazing seafood you could need, including scallops, octopus, lobster tail, shrimp, fish and so much more. The butcher shop is also incredibly fresh and tasting looking. Even the prepackaged meats are so red & juicy. I found everything I needed here and more than I knew I needed! Cheeseballs, cheese curds, an amazing selection of unique pepper jelly's, and great seasonal items. While this is a bit out of my way, I definitely will continue to shop for the freshest meats, produce and seafood here. It's a bit pricier than Smith's and other local grocers but the cleanliness, customer service and overall quality of fresh foods make it totally worth it!

Let me start by saying I avoid Walmart like the plague. :P…read more I've been to this Walmart twice since moving to the area. Both times in the middle of the day, middle of the week and it's been a great experience especially because it wasn't crowded. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. It's a super center so they have a little of everything as far as home goods, toys, pharmacy items, garden center, food etc. This particular store has a pharmacy, a Subway and a FedEx. I took off a star because some of the employees working stocking the shelves and the checkout gal weren't real friendly. I also am not a fan of checking myself out unless I have only a few items and this store has more self checkouts then assisted check-stands open. On this particular day only two check-stands open. Luckily it was dead so I didn't wait too long, I purchased some raspberries that actually looked better than the one at the local grocery store. Prices have risen on a lot of items and it doesn't appear to be as cheap as I remember. I walked out spending $200 on necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap, along with some Valentine's Day cards, candy and a shirt for my daughter. I also bought a small fake plant and some socks. Overall it's been better than most of my past experiences shopping at Walmart.
