I thought $72 for this room was extreme due to my rooms condition. it has a placard by the lamp that says it's a non-smoking establishment. When I opened my door, all I could smell was cigarette smoke! Even after running the fans in both the bathroom in the room I could not get rid of the smell! Other pictures will speak for itself on the cleanliness. It was also very odd checking in, there's a phone number on the door, luckily when I walked in somebody came out. Here's the kicker: 10:45 they started knocking on the door that it is checkout time. I said it's not 11:00? I called ahead & let the receptionist know I had a service dog & there didn't seem to be an issue. My husband went to get our keys as I took my dog for a walk. When he came back out, he informed me that we would be allowed to have our dog, but I couldn't take her thru the lobby. Which is why I gave service a 1 star. I've never ever heard of such a rule.

The layout is not as nice as homewood suites or staybridge suites. But this was the only hotel in area with family suite. Only 1 bathroom with tub at entry way. 1 queen bedroom entrance through 2 queen bedroom and living room. Also bedroom doors had windows so light could pass through it which is not ideal. The 1 queen bedroom is also tight squeeze compared to 2 queen bedroom. The living room had kitchen with larger fridge and microwave which was nice. Bathtub was nice and deep compared to other hotels. Also the bathroom was spacious compared to others. Trash cans are larger than most which was nice when we brought takeout food to eat in room. Keurig in room as well which was nice. Kids loved the pool which we enjoyed on both nights. Breakfast buffet was also nice as well with both hot and cold food. My son enjoyed biscuits on both days.
