This is what the "concierge" wrote to me when I sent them a photo of the letter included with my order. "To clarify, the free return mentioned applies when you choose an exchange option. For returns processed as a refund to the original payment method, an $8 return fee is deducted, in line with our current returns policy. We understand how the wording may have caused confusion, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention."
