I'm a hunter for high quality clothes,so i got extremely happy to find that all beach clothes in this store are made of cotton. It is so common in every swimwear shop to so 90% of polyester cover ups,shorts or dresses. But You'll not see any polyester thing in here! All swimwear has an outstanding design ,which makes this brand pricy. The top and the bottom will cost you total around 150-200$. The service was very welcoming and ready to help. I then realized the sign said that clearance items were final sale which she didn't inform me beforehand when I purchased it I asked and said I changed my mind and that I wouldn't want to purchase the $20 bikini set as she was just trying to figure out a refund for the $32 purchase then she said that it would only be in store credit and I wouldn't be able to get a full refund for the $32. She ended up giving me a $32 gift card. I'm confused and upset on why I was told I couldn't get a refund considering I was mischarged the wrong amount. The employee was at fault and I do know mistakes happen, but I'm not sure why a company wouldn't refund something that was their fault.

I rarely leave Yelp reviews, but this experience was so uncomfortable that I came here afterward to…read moresee if anyone else had experienced the same thing. I was not surprised to find review after review describing the exact same behavior! I was shopping with my Mom and Dad and from the moment we walked in, I felt like I was being watched instead of welcomed. I was followed around the store, repeatedly pressured to use a fitting room immediately, and once I did, an employee stood outside the dressing room the entire time. Every few minutes someone else came over with another question. It didn't feel like attentive customer service, it felt intrusive, and I couldn't browse or shop in peace. Checkout was just as uncomfortable. Instead of asking whether I'd like to join a rewards program or mailing list, they immediately started collecting my information: my first and last name, phone number, then email. I finally stopped them and asked, "Do I have to sign up just to make a purchase?" Only then was I told, "No, we can skip it." That's something that should have been optional from the start, not presented as though it were required. The final straw was when I tried to pay with a debit rewards card that required the number to be entered manually because it didn't have a chip. Diane came over and, in a rude tone, told me they don't allow manually entered card numbers because it "protects against theft." I've worked in retail for years and have never heard of such a thing, and there are certainly more professional ways to communicate it. At that point, I terminated my purchase and walked out. I liked the merchandise, but the shopping experience was so unpleasant that I no longer wanted to give this store my business. The most validating part was reading the reviews afterward and seeing that so many other customers described the exact same experience: being followed, hovered over, pressured, and treated more like a potential shoplifter than a paying customer. This doesn't feel like an isolated incident--it feels like the culture of the store. There are far too many great boutiques to spend your money somewhere that makes customers feel uncomfortable from the moment they walk in. Very, very, weird experience. I have never been treated like that as a customer in my life.
