Their product may be good, but don't bother asking them about any details; like "what are you calling a cord?" ( some people will sell you less than a cord, which by the way, is 4' x 4' x 8') or " what species of wood will I be getting?" (some people will sell you inferior species.) I asked these two questions and the respondent (via text) imediately got miffed and acted like they were far too busy to deal with any one who would dare to ask. They immediately cut off my order because I had the audacity. As I said, they may have a good product (or not), but they sure weren't interested in confirming that by answering the two simple questions. The person I was texting with was rude and dismissive. THE WORST! I swear I deal with these guys every year and when I think it can't get any worse it…read moredoes. These guys are the most unprofessional snow removal guys I ever seen. They have been taking care of the snow in my development (holly ridge in Wappingers) since I bought my place and wow they are HORRIBLE. First off finding an employee that speaks English becides the "boss" that can never be found is the first problem. All of their employees are most likely all illegal immigrants, if this were just the problem I wouldn't care one bit. But these guys are an absolute embarrassment. They spend all day using a skid steer to remove the stow and usually only run one or two plow trucks down the road leaving behind a ton of snow and ice. They never salt the roads at all (you can tell by how much ice is left behind) if you talk to any of their staff they are super rude like when they started calling tow trucks to tow peoples cars with out involving our HOA. Meanwhile you drive over to the next development that's taken care of by another landscaper company and the road is perfect. Absolutely embarrassing. Our roads cannot be cleared which causing accidents and frustration beyond belief. If I could rate you no stars I would. This company is an embarrassment. So I live in a development and not only did The owner of Gonzalez's landscaping company completely…read moremislead me about paying for the damage his illegal employees messed up my truck, but he said he would make good of it and then did not. But tonight I moved my truck so they can plow and this is what he has his illegal employees attempt to plow the spots. This is the second time my spots were plowed with no care and this is due to the bad review I gave him. We were told to have our spots open to do so. Do not use this company. By no means do I want to hurt someone but when the owner shows up and says one thing and then doesn't answer you and just says prove it after he was there and saw what happened and said to go to his body shop to be fixed and then did not like the price and said to prove it. The owner was all good when he showed up to see what happened and then played I don't know when it was time to pay and this is how they plow my spots now since they called the main office and told my lease agent that I left a bad review. By the Way, this is 2 spots that were clear for over 2 hours. I think he did this to me to make a point. A Real low thing to do.
