I've been using Rigdon for window washing and gutter cleaning for years. The crews are very polite, hard workers, and willing to help out in any way possible. They always call to follow-up after service, and send me reminders when my gutter cleaning is due which is important to me because I have a lot of trees surrounding my house and my gutters get full quickly. Their pricing is also very competitive. I've gotten window cleaning flyers with cheaper pricing, but when I look at the fine print, other companies count my double hung windows as 2 windows, in effect, doubling the price, where Rigdon counts them as one window. A few neighbors made that mistake and were very unhappy. I've not tried out their power washing service but plan to next spring after we complete some work around our patio. I've used Rigdon since I moving into a new build at Lake Winnebago over four years ago. The builder used them for windows and post construction cleanup. Recently, Brett and his team cleaned all the exterior windows and replaced smoke alarm batteries. They were out again yesterday to help with a few additional jobs that required tall ladders. Rigdon is great! We use them to clean our windows and put up, take down and store our holiday lights. We were having issues with our holiday lights burning out so they just came out and replaced all of the lights! We didn't have any burn out after that!
