I recently am at 2 weeks of a highly disappointing experience with Shamrock Roofing that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, the lack of professionalism and care was astounding. Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior The communication was virtually nonexistent. We struggled to get updates or responses regarding our project & repairs for damages. When workers were on-site, they displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism, including drinking on the job. This not only created a disruptive environment but also raised serious concerns about their work ethic. Pure negligence, the situation escalated when a worker fell through our office ceiling without any notification to us. We only discovered the damage later after it was already sealed on the roof (as if we wouldn't notice?) Furthermore, they broke a bedroom window during the installation process at which point I left work to come see what was happening at my home. The installation itself was riddled with errors. They installed the flashing incorrectly, which led to issues. On one occasion, a package of shingles flew off the second story, damaging our gutters which later caused flooding into our garage after a heavy storm that weekend. The installation of the cap on the roof exhaust for our water heater was also done improperly, causing flooding when it rained. False Promises! Despite numerous assurances about refunds for the damages caused and the issues we encountered, not a single promise is being fulfilled. They failed to address any of our concerns adequately, and no appointment was ever kept on time--if they showed up at all. I continue to fill up my bucket daily with trash and nails on our property. This show has been going on for 2 weeks now & we are beyond ready to have our lives & home back to normal. In summary, I cannot recommend shamrock due to their utter lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the significant damage they caused to our property. They have stolen precious time & caused us enormous amounts of stress. If you're considering their services, I urge you to look elsewhere for a more reliable and respectful roofing contractor. read more

i hear the door belll and i walked to the door and I thought my brother was standing there. Turns out it was my brother, Daniel Clarke, just a another brother from another mother. It was a great to meet a new friend or brother if you will. Now since i found this not my brother I asked how could I help him. He mentioned that I am actually here to help you. To my surprise he, Daniel really was here to help me, he said you remember all that hale that came through a couple of weeks ago. We believe here at Shamrock some of these roofs were damaged. As a matter of fact they were. So Daniel got the roof and found several spots that been affected by the hale. And would get an estimate on the roof to see about replacing it. Then AAA and their guy came and bought the roof. There were a total of 5 workers that worked on the roof. These guys were awesome not perfect but awesome. I say not perfect for a reason, they were awesome though. There is only ONE that is perfect, can you guess who or whom, Your right if you said JESUS. The only perfect one we have ever had the privilege of meeting. Now in conclusion, if you need a roof to be looked at or worked on I would hightly recommend Daniel being a part of it. Shamrock came by door to door after a storm, I was really hesitant at first but allowed them to check our roof out, they showed us damage we had no idea was there. They guided us through opening a claim with our insurance and handled everything for us cause we didn't have the time. The met with the adjuster and advocated on our behalf to get the roof approved. The service did not stop there, they made sure our insurance paid for QUALITY materials and everything we needed for a solid new roof that would not be somthing we had to worry about for a long time. The went above and beyond what we expected or what I feel any roofing company would. I recommend them to everyone! They do free inspections after storms and take it from a skeptic, you never know what you have going on up there and insurance could be the one paying for it. It was true in our case! We had to have our roof replaced for the second time in two years and knew we were not going to use the same contractor as the last time. Donny at Shamrock responded to our inquiry and managed the project. It was not the cheapest bid, but we thought Shamrock was most trustworthy to do the job well. Shamrock addressed our concerns about protecting some architectural features, including building some extra guards to avoid any damage. Donny was great about working through a very slow insurance payment process with us. Shamrock discovered and remediated some serious venting issues the previous contractor completely missed. The crew was the cleanest we've had by far. Donny even came out on a 95 degree day to check on the roof after the job was done and fully paid (we were concerned about a lightning strike which thankfully turned out to be a non-issue. We had a severe wind storm one night and it blew half our shingles off the roof. Called Shamrock and within an hour someone was here to inspect our roof. They brought tarps to protect the roof and helped me file a claim with my insurance. I was so nervous because I had never filed a claim before. TJ walked me through every step of the way. Told me what to expect when the adjuster arrived. By the end of the week my roof was bought, contract signed and roof put on that following Monday. They did all the work contracted in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend them in the future read more

Brett Cauble of Shamrock Roofing did an excellent job of spotting the hail damage on my roof, communicating with the insurance company, showing me my options, and taking all the worries from me for the process of replacing my roof, beginning to end. He followed through on everything he said. The job was done on time, on budget, and the quality of the work was optimum, according to the guys from the separate company that put in a new skylight a few days later. Would use them again if the roof should get damaged again, and would recommend them to my friends. read more

My experience with Shamrock was totally awesome. The customer service was 100%. They helped us from day one. We had shingles to blow off our roof and Jason made sure it was covered and that we stayed dry until the new roof was installed. Ended up being on a first name bases with Jason and his co-worker. From start to finish, excellent job done. I'm very happy with the whole insurance claim process, initially having Daniel Clarke, my contractor came out and dur an initial inspection & then filing an insurance claim. Shamrock Roofing did a full inspection of the exterior of my home. They noticed hail damage on the shingles, gutters, and parts of my metal garage door. They helped me contact my insurance company to report the damages. A couple weeks after my insurance company sent out an adjuster to confirm if there are damages or not.
