    From small printing jobs to shipping items for my business FedEx has been very reliable. My printing projects vary in size from flyers to binding small pamphlets. I send my printing job over online and they have had it completed in as little as 2 hours. They call me and let me know I can pick it up at my earliest convenience. I'm very happy with the customer service.

    I love coming to this FedEx there always helpful in every way been coming here for years because how helpful they are with prints I came in because I found a action figure that was a collectible without a box and my printer can't do big prints so i came into this FedEx for some help with my prints I redesigned a look alike box had the FedEx ladies help me print out the the exact size I needed they were so helpful in helping me choose size of card stock paper and offered more suggestions in what I could do to save money on my print all in all this place is always so grade thank u .

    I don't use FedEx and I don't need FedEx...until I do. And by the time I have to go at them for help, well, I need them a lot and I need them to do something out of the ordinary. Trying to return a giant garden structure that was damaged - basically I spent (no joke) 3+ hour wait times to talk to an online chat person which I got to do a total of 3 times just to arrange the actual replacement and then I needed to do the return itself but FedEx was having issue online resulting in me being unable to print the way bill for the return. The second rep at FedEx and I both started laughing at the same time when she suggested I contact them again maybe to get a new way bill. So she suggested I contact my local office. That's when I called this store expecting a mess...someone who would not help. Not only did they prove me completely wrong but went out of their way to listen and help me! I needed to pick up the waybill and when I went there to grab that and saw a long line outside...ugh... However, go go FedEx! It was super fast - they had someone outside who was "directing traffic". So the line was gone smoking fast. I approached the counter and didn't have to explain or anything - they were on it!

    I came here a few months back and I was super happy about it! They take Amazon returns which is so…read moreconvenient since you can park right there. They were so fast and friendly. Then I went through the absolute zoo , trying to do a return last week. I looked at their google hours... I was running errands and since google said they were open till 10pm and I was starting my errands at 5pm, I had plenty of time. I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

    Do not ship using UPS. I paid $200 to ship to items from NY to Portland. I was shipping to a…read morehousebound person. I was told they would attempt delivery 3 times. They only tried once. I was told the driver decided to just bring it to the pick up center and left a note. It was not picked up in 7 days as the recipient was unable to leave the house and I had told him they try three times. It was then sent back to NY and I had to pay a second time to send it to my home in Idaho. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT UPS TELLS YOU AND USE THEM AS A LAST RESORT. CUSTOMER SERVICE JERKED ME AROUND FOR HOURS AND SAID SORRY, NOTHING WE CAN DO. They are Liars and should not be able to get away with lying to people and let their drivers just decide to not do their due diligence.

I've seen who I presume is the new owner getting angry with two customers: telling them they are wrong, telling them their business isn't welcome, telling them they weren't responsible for lost packages. And you expect me to email you? To what end? So you can drop me as a customer too? Get out. Sell the company to somebody else. You've already burned so many bridges just days after taking over.

Unfortunately everything changed the moment the new owner, Ashwan, took over. On his very first day as owner, a package worth nearly $1,000 went missing. While I was obviously upset, I stayed calm and understood mistakes can happen. What shocked me was his response. He straight up told me it was "not his responsibility or problem" because he had just taken ownership of the store. A few days later, after seeing other reviews mentioning packages going missing under the new ownership, I realized I still had more valuable packages there and rushed over after work to pick them up. I arrived exactly at 6:00 PM and instead of showing even basic courtesy or professionalism, he refused to let me grab my packages because the store was "closed." Considering they had already lost a major package of mine, any decent owner would've taken 30 seconds to open the door and help the customer protect their property. Instead he chose arrogance and disrespect. A few minutes later when he left the store, I confronted him about refusing to let me retrieve my packages and documented the interaction outside the storefront. The following day he handed me a termination letter banning me from the business and told me he would no longer speak to me regarding anything related to the store. On top of that, he refused to refund the prepaid yearly service I had already paid for. So besides being rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional, he's apparently also a thief, keeping money for services he refuses to provide. DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER!
