I received EXCELLENT service today from Cooper. I needed a last-minute banner to welcome my father-in-law home after two weeks in the ICU. We just found out last night he was coming home today. I spoke with Cooper at about 8:15 a.m. and told him my time-crunch. He designed and printed the banner for me in less than an hour! Give Cooper a raise! read more

Justin went above and beyond, calling me to ask if I needed envelopes for my postcard order (I did not) so he could process the order faster. He then exceeded my expectations and finished the job the same day instead of the next day like I was expecting. He clearly set my expectations for the store hours with the inclement weather, and was very considerate of my safety driving to the store in inclement weather. 8400 SW Nimbus Ave location. I needed a lot of assistance with paperwork and scanning from this location. Although I was intimidated originally , I had a very helpful employee come and assist through some technical difficulties. Unfortunately, one of the files was not delivered. Upon returning to location, the Manager went above and beyond to make sure he took care of our needs. I'm very comfortable with returning in the future for my office needs and was very pleased by the service I received. read more

I've contacted FedEx customer service because they failed to deliver an important package to me, today, as they had scheduled. I was trying to be alert for the arrival, and in fact I saw the FedEx truck on my street but it stopped next door and no one came to my door. I don't think the driver left the truck. Subsequently FedEx reps have told me that I cannot go to one of their local offices to pick up this package in person today. Their customer service representative says the only option is that the package will be delivered this coming tuesday. Terrible, and expensive, service from FedEx. Very frustrating. read more

This particular location generally has great service but recently, they had some turnover and now have a different staff running the store. I'll be honest, it hasn't been good. I used to love coming to this location but now the new people there just seem to hate their job. There is no joy which results in terrible customer relations. There is a particular woman who works there, mid 30s to early 40s, with dark hair who just seems to have a general disdain for being there. She is just not a pleasant person to interact with. I give his location two stars mostly for its location being convenient in being near my work but geez, management needs to do something about the staff there. read more

Governor Kate Brown requires masks inside businesses. The rep helping me did not wear a mask. Other than that, service was okay. I got help with what I needed. She printed my document in black and white and didnt even ask me if I wanted color which was fine, but odd, because the document had color... Rep just wasnt very friendly. read more

It's just like every other FedEx office (Kinko-y inside) that I have been to in any state. These guys (once in a while gals) are alright, listen alright, do an alright job. They ARE fast & speedy and that's what one is looking for in a joint like this. Oh, wait - this one in particular does not have much of a wait. Justin saved my project! All I needed was to print some line work on a slightly textured art paper that can't go through a standard inkjet. After OfficeMax told me no commercial print center would be able to print on my paper, some frantic googling and searching ended with, "Let's just call FedEx and ask." Justin wasn't sure if it would work, but offered to do a test page before committing to the whole print job. He was super nice and helpful, and best of all, the pages came out beautifully! His positive attitude was a breath of fresh air after an afternoon of fretting. Definitely just going to try FedEx first next time. read more

I emailed my documents to print, and picked them up within 15 minutes! They were efficient and helpful.

This particular location is especially bad, even for Fedex Office. The staff is usually not that helpful and does not take initiative to solve problems. It's probably more of a management issue, but who knows. We used to have a business account with them, but have since moved on to other print providers as we got fed up with dealing with this place. read more

I came in before an interview to print out a resume to bring in a hard copy. I come in and there were a few options. One included a pretty expensive internet usage cost in order to print, and the cost of each page was a bit high for me. So I tried this online thing to try getting the resume off of my google drive. I sat there trying to get it to upload on two machines for over half hour. It would not connect to internet. They should not even have that option if it doesn't work. The employee just kind of three his hands up and was like "sorry", so I left with no resume. I even put $3 on a FedEx card just to not get what I needed with it. I was disappointed, and embarrassed to show up to an interview without a hard copy of my resume. What I can say, is it was clean and organized and had some really cool printing options. I have always had an easy time shipping here but they tend to charge more than USPS so I just go to the post office. Hopefully this type of business does not become obsolete in the near future. Next time I am going to the library to print, I know this much. read more

I have been shipping and printing from this store for 12 years....the staff and management were great and helpful. But recently there was a change in management and a massive staff turnover and the customer service has deteriorating drastically. The people that work here no longer listen to the customer...they talk over the customer. They are no longer eager to help with self service machines. And today I was overcharged $98 for shipping and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, after it had posted to my account, she was not apologetic...all I heard was excuses for how that over charged happened...even blaming me saying the form I used had the boxes in the wrong order...I received the forms I used from Fed Ex. Then she said if my over night shipping was not available for $9.48...then she instructs her staff to send it the most expensive delivery so it's not late...for $98.36. I said that if you are going to upcharge a customer almost $100, didn't she think that the customer deserves a phone call to verify? She then said...well did you get your refund from Fed Ex? I said yes and she said then there's no problem. Won't be going back to that store ever again. Now I am also going back through all my receipts and past billings since this manager has taken over and verify that all the charges are legit. read more

Terrible customer service. "Steve" was a jerk not once, but twice. The first time, I visited the center to pick up a WalMart order. I had not yet received notification from Walmart that the order was in, but online tracking indicated it was at FedEx. "Steve" said "It's a good thing you picked it up today; we were going to return it to WalMart". He claimed WalMart is bad about notifying customers. The next day, I went to the center to mail a box out of state. "Steve" told me I'd need to purchase a new box from him because the one I used was unstable... funny, since it was the one I bought to ship things via FedEx, and had only used it for one shipment. The only thing "used" about the box was that the tape had been cut open to retrieve the contents from the previous shipment. I'm a retired UPS counter clerk and am fully qualified to recognize a faulty box. This one was in prime condition. I think "Steve" simply wanted to make money selling boxes! His obnoxious attitude makes him totally unsuitable for working a customer service counter. read more
