I waited until the last minute to ship Christmas presents ... After attempting to go to different Post Office locations with long lines out the door and no parking, I made a decision to drive by my local UPS store to assess the situation. They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes and the price to ship UPS 2-3 days, was actually the same, if not a couple bucks cheaper than priority USPS! Got this location mixed up with a different when needing to drop off a package. Arrived around 6:05 thinking they closed at 6:30. Someone who has a delivery box here let me in with her. I went up to the counter and the old lady immediately was so mean about it. Had a nasty attitude and arms crossed when saying "we're closed did you look at the sign?" I said oh but it says 6:30 online I just have a pre paid to drop off and she in the same rude aggressive tone then told me the systems shut off, which store I must've thought, and while this was pointing towards the door. I understand having closing duties and the system being shut off for the night, but being in a customer service job and treating customers like this is not okay. On top of that her and another woman were just standing at the counter yapping. Not even actually doing any closing duties like the guy that was vacuuming, and he was actually nice! When I was young I worked retail for six years and never would've fathomed speaking to a customer like how she did. Easily could have said, "Hey sorry we're actually closed," in a nice tone and I wouldn't be needing to write this review. An honest mistake of store and now will never use this UPS location again! read more

Website claims notary services are available until 5PM on Saturdays. We arrived at 4:25 with an urgent need for notary service only to be told that the don't notarize anything the last half hour before closing because they have to do their "closing duties". Very abruptly and rudely denied service even though the store was not busy, we only needed one signature notarized and there was still a few minutes before they said they stop servin notary customer. read more

When dropping off my Amazon return the smug kid behind the counter told me " Just for future reference we charge for taping and packaging" For reference I returned my Amazon package in its original packaging inside the box it was delivered in which requires a shipping label to be placed inside that box which only needed 1 piece of tape to close it. I'm used to dropping off at the Barbur location with no packaging and no complaints as they're always happy to assist me with any returns or anything. For future reference kiddo, keep your mouth shut before it gets shut! read more

The short woman is a very rude person. I walked in and she was yelling at her employees about the customer who just left. Then she storms out and starts searching for the customer to yell at her. Then as I'm leaving she glares into my car thinking it's me. Made my experience very uncomfortable and made me wonder what this lady will say about other customers. Clearly she doesn't value her clients so I will no longer bring my shipping here. read more

I had an Amazon return drop off and wasn't driving to Cedar Hills, where I usually go to the UPS Store, so this was the closest to home. The staff wasn't enforcing social distancing, and the customer being helped was moving all around the store not minding anyone else. The woman in front of me was staying on her dot so I just chose to stay outside until it was not crowded in the store. When I finally got inside the smell of the store almost knocked me over. Even through my mask it reeked. I am very very smell sensitive and I couldn't wait to leave. When I finally got outside again I knew I'd never go back to this store. It was not clean inside and generally felt icky. I'll make the drive to Cedar Hills. read more

I tried this store because they have a very high 4-star rating and because my local UPS store is pretty bad. Turns out, pretty much all of the 5-star ratings were posted many years ago.... almost all of the recent reviews have been one star. After visiting the store I can see why. I'm guessing there has been a change in management/ownership sometime in the past couple of years. Customer service is pretty bad... to the point of being completely disinterested in customers. If you enjoy being completely ignored by the staff you're going to love this place :( read more

Recently moved from SoCal to Beaverton in June 2021. I do a lot of UPS Shipping for work and this store has been beyond accommodating to me. Specifically, Ramey, she is kind and very helpful. Very hard working and able to multitask my needs and other needs of different customers that walk in. With all the stress shipping stores, amazon workers, postal workers, etc. I am happy to say that this Ramey and the other employees in this store handle the pressure with ease, patience with difficult customers and with a positive attitude. Great spot to drop off packages to mail and pick up supplies! Always friendly to me! Also great at making suggestions how to save money. Saved me quite a bit when shipping to Australia and also figuring out weird addresses to the UK. I always miss the mail time though lol read more

Easy drop off just inside to the left of the door, if you need to drop and go without a receipt, really welcoming staff... all around a pleasant experience. I highly recommend! The woman who worked here was very rude to me. I was having trouble connecting to the printer and when I asked for help she said... " is it something you can print out in 2 minutes because we close in 3" in a very rude tone. After that comment I felt under the heat and pressured to move fast and I was flustered as she rolled her eyes and continued to act pissed off at me. I got it printed out and left at 6 minutes past their closing time. Honestly it felt so rude and mean I came home and cried. I've worked retail and restaurant jobs and I understand how much they can suck. But at the end of the day we are all human beings and don't deserve to be treated poorly. There were different ways she could have handled that situation. I hope she sees this and sees how much it hurt me. read more

This store is truly amazing! What makes this store amazing isn' the fact that it's a UPS store. No,no, no, The franchise owner here is second to none. She does all the work she expects from her staff. Even on her days off, she maintains close business relationships with her customers. If your wondering what her name is its the one and only " IRUM" !!!! She's a super woman to say the least. She so patient and kind. I will never use another place, this is the store my company uses for everything. (It will remain that way) She even made our business cards! Let me tell you how amazing they came out. I am giving them 2 stars for a 1 star experience because previous trips there with another employee were easy. I came in during my work break time to drop off ONE UPS package. Normally another woman works there that has always been very helpful, I think an Indian lady. She would print me a receipt and I would be on my way literally within seconds. But I am always prepared to wait a few minutes if need be. When I came in this time, the employee by the name of Chrissy/Krissy (30's in age, super long thick brown braid, black baseball hat and possibly was wearing glasses) was speaking on the phone with another customer who apparently didn't receive a package even though it was signed for in their home 2 days ago. She was on the phone for 10 minutes while I was there, never once looking up at the line forming to say she will be with us, nor acknowledging us with so much as a nod that she see's us and will be with us. The woman ahead of me said she had been waiting for about 10 minutes prior to my walking in, which means she was waiting 20 min at that point. I understand a customer called before we came in, but aren't customers who take the time to drive in the priority? Whenever I call a store that's how it's been. Could she not call them back? There was one woman ahead of me and a couple behind me at this point. Because I only had to drop off ONE PRE-PAID package and get a receipt, it literally takes seconds, the nice lady ahead of me said I could go in front of her. At this point Chrissy was finally behind the counter, not so much as saying sorry for the delay. Despite the customer allowing me to go in front of her, Chrissy scolded her saying "no, we handle everyone in the order they came in." The customer said, "it's OK, she's on a work break, she only has one prepaid package, I have over half a dozen non paid packages I need labels for." Chrissy's response was "No, we need to limit how many labels we print." What that meant I have no idea. Chrissy went through each one of the customers packages as slowly as possible, asking what was in each box. Finally I asked if there will be anyone else working later and she abruptly told me I could leave it there. I explained I needed the receipt they normally print out, it takes seconds. She argued that I don't need it, I can take a photo of my label. I explained it doesn't prove I actually sent it. It was exhausting, I didn't want to argue with her anymore nor take up time that was the other customers, so I just left as I was already late getting back to work. Her time arguing took more time than just doing it. This employee wasn't simply not smiley. She was incredibly unfriendly, not customer service oriented, and I felt like she was trying to power trip me. It was a very frustrating experience and my package was super time sensitive. I did send a complaint, but apparently the owner doesn't care because I never heard back. I will never step foot in there again. read more

Seriously, Irum the owner, is AMAZING! We had an extremely odd item to ship, and it was going to cost about $70 shipping cost for a $13.99 priced item. Originally we said nvm, but she told us to leave it and come back and she would see what she could do to bring the price down. We came an hour later, to all our gifts, in a box... that THEY MADE for us to ship. Cutting the shipping cost more than half. Amazing amazing amazing. They refused to ship my package because I declined to buy their insurance. I went to another location and was able to get it shipped just fine, no questions asked. It's none of their business if I want insurance or not, which was a risk I was willing to take. I will not be going back to this location again. read more

I went to this UPS because it was closest to me and I immediately regretted it. Ramey, the manager, is very rude and bossy and clearly does not enjoy her job. She told me what to do and it ended up making my situation more complicated. She also got mad that I came into the store while they were busy and acted very annoyed with me. If your store is open, don't complain to your customers about being there. I am currently on a phone call with them, waiting to be helped, and can I can here Ramey still complaining to a customer about other customers. Overall just unprofessional and not an organized store in the least, I will not trust them or use them in the future. read more

The owner is very rude, and lets you pay for using their tape. Mind you it was like 3-4 inches of tape used to seal my package. It's a return, and for all I know there is a prepaid postage from the merchant. She asked me to pay $1 for that piece of tape. My goodness! I am not coming back to this location. read more

The owner of the store provided incredible customer service for me. I shipped a package from this location around Christmas time and had lost my tracking number. I needed to prove to the corporation involved that I had indeed mailed it, as, according to them, it was never returned and the owner spent extra time with me sleuthing out the details based on the very little information that I had. She was able to provide this great customer service even though the store was busy at the time. It saved me over 300$ to have her spend this extra time. The connection with this human being was such a bright spot in this age of corporate policy and computerized information. I knew the package was somewhere and when the corporate system failed to acknowledge or find it, the human customer service won out and what a victory! read more

Luckily I have a receipt for the drop-off (I had to specifically request this from the clerk, now I know why). I don't know what kind of racket they're running at this location, but if you have anything to drop off to return to Amazon or anywhere else, do it somewhere else. read more

I needed a temporary mailbox near our new home and found this store through Yelp. It's easy to find and in a great location with plenty of parking. I was met with a smile and a warm friendly invite to the store. I felt right at home with both the ladies and instantly found a friend in both. Being new to the area I was full of questions and they not only gave me some great ideas on things in our area but saved me time with doing a few things online. We had some documents to print and that was super easy. They hold a high standard there and it was exceptionally clean and organized. I love that we have 24 hour access to our mail. I will literally drive out of my way to go here for my business, that's how great it is. Side note, this is great for anyone with a small business out of their home as I wouldn't want my home address tied to my business mail and packaging. read more

So happy we found this business. We needed nice quality business cards at an affordable rate. Irum did a spot on job of recreating our design since we no longer had a pdf of our logo, she had to recreate it and did a few tweaks to improve it. We also found out that they have PO Boxes. NOBODY else was in the shop by the way....after 2 minutes of awkward silence, I had to ask when the notary would be back.....her answer, "I don't know"......I truly hope that she enjoys a life long career of $25k annually because she is going NOWHERE. read more

This store is wonderful. Easy location and I've never waiting more than a few minutes every time I go - if I have to wait at all. The owner is lovely and very friendly. I've done pre labeled drop offs, Amazon no box drop offs and most recently I even returned my comcast/Xfinity router. So many services I didn't even know the ups store provided. I always get a receipt and the owner does a great job of juggling customers so if you just need a receipt she will help you while working on another person who's transaction might be longer. Very safe, clean and all the other shop workers are courteous and friendly. The last pick up is also later in the day which is nice I've definitely dropped off when the ups truck is being loaded and my stuff has made it out. Lastly never have had any issues parking right up at the door. Overall super easy and efficient! read more

Least helpful employee. Young blonde guy couldn't be bothered to help clarify what I needed to do to return some packages. Wasn't terribly complicated but I don't ship things out often and the lack of care was really a bummer. The manager who came out later to help me with printing some shipping labels was sweet. Thank goodness she was there. The man at the counter should get a job elsewhere if he isn't going to care about helping people out. Again, not asking a lot, and not much was said between us so there wasn't an altercation by any means. But jeez, care a little bit? read more
