It's too bad we never got to meet the administrators like other people did, but the new client care coordinator is really sweet and she did everything she could to help us.

Lots of turnover with employees and staff and lately I have become unsatisfied with their assistance. I have asked the VA for a new agency. I think that that you should do your research before using the New Port Richey location. The staff has hung up on me and sent out aides that were questionable. One aide left my husband alone as I was returning from store. I was coming home 10 minutes before my time was up and saw her driving past me on the way in to my development. When I asked her why she would do such a thing she said that the office doesn't schedule the drive times and she needed to go. This is just ONE example of what I have experienced with Bayada.

Mine was Dr Payne. This woman takes a much more conservative view on prescribing medication than any other doctor I've ever encountered, and stated that many doctors "do things they shouldn't." She even gratuitously criticized my board certified allergist for allowing a nurse to provide my allergy injections at my home. I had to leave this practice and go elsewhere to get the medication I need and always received from other doctors.
