Horrible service. Stay away from them! They will do anything to get out of working. Highly recommend using a different service. Was texted if I didn't reply he wouldn't be able to come over and do the cleaning. Texted him immediately (1 minute after he sent that text). He didn't respond and iOS text went green (he had blocked my number prematurely and didn't even give it a minute to get a text back). Blamed it on "bad service". Tried calling him at the appointment time, went straight to voicemail. Called him immediately after on a different phone number and he answered immediately. He was talking over me and didn't even let me explain the situation at first right when I called him and proceeded to be rude. Bottom line, extremely unprofessional. Didn't even come up with a solution to the matter and basically blamed it on his phone not receiving service so he didn't get my text. If it was his phone service that caused the issue for him not receiving my text a minute after why wouldn't he just ask to reschedule and move on? Who knows. read more

I texted him, got an immediate response, we set a date, he agreed. I explained in the text the areas, and he gave me an estimated amount. I very seldom write gushingly effusive Yelp reviews - but here's one. Jose Godinez' Diamond Carpet Cleaning certainly deserves it. Our 3B2Ba Cathedral City home needed its carpet cleaned. Throughout the house the carpet had grease spots, dirt trails, areas mashed flat, basically a mess. I looked over various Yelp reviews, picked Diamond. Jose called back about two hours after I emailed him, we set an appointment a few days out, in early Feb. 2018. He gave me a price and an arrival time over the phone. Jose showed up about ten minutes early, said the entire house would take about 90 minutes. And that's how long it took. When he was almost done I walked out of my home office, into the living room, and was absolutely flabbergasted - I mean completely stunned. Our filthy carpet looked brand new! I honestly could not believe a carpet cleaner could so thoroughly clean and restore our carpet. Spotless, immaculate, nap restored. I'd never before had a carpet cleaner do anything close to this great work. I'm very seldom blown away by a business' performance, but Jose's results were stunning. We needed someone who was reasonably priced to come out and clean our carpet ASAP, as our son was sick the night before and unfortunately, threw up on his carpet. We did an initial clean ourselves, but we wanted to get a really deep clean. We decided to get all of our carpets cleaned for all of our rooms. When my husband called Jose, he answered the phone right away and was available the same day- yay!!! He showed up on time, was professional, and gave us some insight to our 10 month old carpet. Used many companies, by far is very good and cleanliness and efficient. Quoted me $89 for 4 bedroom home and at the end.... ended up paying $160 a different price. I did add stairs and 2 rugs. Set up an appointment with Anthony a week in advance. On the day of service he called me to say that he had taken another job before mine which would run late. Said he'd call me to reschedule same day, but never did. When I called him the following morning said he was booked out for the next week . Very inconsiderate. I literally rented a storage to have the carpet in the rooms cleaned.
